Good ability to adjust rest/hold times, frequency and repetitions. Cons Some of the pictures could be improved upon and descriptions could be better, however, you have the option to change the description which is nice. Pros The software is easy to use once you get set up. In order to be set up ,however, you need either someone to guide you through it or you need to watch on online tutorial. The videos of the exercises are nice to see and show to patients. It's nice that you can email your exercises to your patients. Cons The exercise titles are odd and a lot of times you have to hunt to find the exercises you are looking for. I don't like how you have to wait until the end to go over the reps and sets with the patient; I'd rather be able to show them the video and then go over reps and sets with them. The exercise selection is also odd...some of the exercises are not typical ones you'll usually see.
