Pros We have recently seen that the payment solutions on the Internet are varied such as bank card, western union, paypal, etc. PayPal has understood the interest of offering a single and secure payment solution and receives its commission on almost all of the transactions. Buyers benefit from various guarantees in the event of non-receipt of their order. For example, I made an order about a year ago from the United States and the value was $170. Unfortunately I never received this order. However, following a request, PayPal considered it normal that I be reimbursed in full. I work well with visuals and being able to see the run of sales reports all in one place is a plus. I also like that my customers have access to leave a tip if they are extremely satisfied. I also enjoy being able to give discounts to repeat customers or family and friends. Cons What I don't like about it is that if I have a transaction that is of a certain amount, then I have to contact customer service and they have not been the most reliable when helping me out with this issue. It is easy to track payment, keep a record, request money, send money. Money can be transferred directly into our bank account which has saved us tons of time. I really like that other people are not required to have a PayPal account to send money which makes it super easy for transactions. They also accept payment by credit card which has made our transactions very easy. Cons I would really like to learn more about the features they offer. It is widely used on most websites you use, such as Ebay. I usually keep a balance in my Paypal because I use it all of the time. If you don't want to keep a balance there is no issue with that because it will take it directly from your bank account or debit card. The app is very easy to use and navigate on. You can set up a finger print login for better security and not having to type in a password every time you login. It is easy to navigate through all of your transactions that you have sent or received. If you use Paypal then you should be using the PapPal Here App for convenience. Cons I wish all of the functions were on the app likes the browser. I had a sender from an unknown source and I could not approve it from the app. I had to log into the browser version and approve this transaction. This may have changed though since then.
