I travel alot so when I'm on the go an need to check out something or write and invoice I need it right then and there and i just log into paypal and handle what i need to handle Pros I love pay-pal for all my small business needs so when I saw the app was available I had to have it. I installed it on my smart phone and let me just say it lives up to the pay-pal brand. I love it everything I need is at the touch of my fingers. Cons Sometimes I feel like I get a little unorganized with it and it takes me a while to find something simple that I could find easier on the website. You do not have to create an account if you use Pay Pal, you just simply sign into Pay Pal and the account is created for you. This saves so much time. I also really love how easy it is to manage your Pay Pal account. Pay Pal is also safer than putting your credit card or bank information when purchasing products online. Over time more online stores have also adapted to Paypal and it's a very convenient. The best part is probably the ability to link your bank account and credit cards to paypal so loading the account with funds isn't required. Comparing to the banks this is a extra layer of protection and this app allows you to manage everything at your fingertips. Cons Not much complaints about the app but Paypal in general often gets abused by the users on the other side of the transaction. I try my best to stay away from buying on Ebay now since many sellers are very dishonest. Paypal will protect you some times but comparing to Amazon and the credit card company they are pretty bad at protecting consumers. It works especially well for older folks who do not have a PayPal app and that "don't trust" online purchase. With a swipe of there card they can quickly purchase items and move along. August 13, 2018 4.0 Pros In this day and age who has cash they are carrying around anymore?? NOBODY! I love that I can split the price with someone when out and about even if I do not have cash on me. I also know that if i pay for someone that I can guaranteed to get my money back. I also love the security that comes along with using paypal. For example, if I am going to buy something off of ebay I want to make sure I do not give a random seller my credit card information. I love when there is the option to check out with paypal because I know it is a more secure option. Cons There are some fees associated with transferring money from the bank account to the paypal account and vice versa. I know of some people switching to Venmo because of this reason... I highly recommend checking it out. Pros Contactless payments, accepts most major cards, low rates. I've yet to have a payment that it didn't accept. The fee per use is relatively low compared to other major readers at right around two percent. Very user friendly and easy set up. Cons Very rarely I will have to reset the system which is a pain when you are in mid transaction but it's very rare and resets fast. If paypal does not need to be forward then you should look at other options. Pros It offers a really good universal interface, and comparability with a variety of different services. The platform process payments quick and easy and gives customers confidence in what they are providing Cons The fees are higher than other lesser known brands that are out there. Sometimes they fail to contact you back entirely. Pros The different functions and options available in the PayPal app are very good and give us all we need within one app. Cons This software requires to much to maintain your money. You have to have this app to transfer your money from your paypal account! Its nuts! Why all the confusion. Integrate all apps into 1 good one.
