Pros What I like the most about PayPal Here is the brands and makers of the app, PayPal. With a name like PayPal behind your payment portal and transactions I felt safe and secure knowing who was handling my transactions. Secondly, the app itself is beautiful and so easy to navigate! Cons Really my only con of the software application is the extra fee they charge you for invoicing per transaction. One other complaint I had while using the software was the limited reporting features, I was there was the ability to write custom queries for reports but the stock ones provided will typically get the job done. Pros I use my credit card online very often, so I need to feel safe and what a better way than using Paypal. Their customer service is so helpful and nice. I've been in touch with them a couple of times now and I have been treated like a queen. Cons It would be nice if a live chat is offered by Paypal. At the moment, I can only contact customer service by phone or email. The breadth of complementary business services has vastly improved and helps me stay using PayPal Here into the future. Cons I've had the card reader for a while, and it's too undependable. I've often found myself having to key in credit card information. I've set up products on the desktop version of the site that simply did not translate into my products to be selected for purchase in the app. That is extremely frustrating. Fees. Oh the fees... Like Square and Stripe, they offer simple and easy setup and integration. After a few weeks, my client let me know they were missing some funds and after researching what happened, I knew PayPal Here was not the right choice. I think they should be more upfront about this or eliminate it entirely. Pros It's simple, the software is quick to setup, and the hardware they offer is well priced. Cons The 10% reserve that PayPal Here requires in case of chargebacks is insane. They don't tell you about this upfront either. Review Source GG Gigi G. I do not have to worry about my information being exposed or compromised by someone trying to get my information from it. Pros What I love the most about Paypal is how secure my information is in the system. I do not have to worry about giving my bank account information or even being exposed to people to hack. I can just send my info to request payment or send payments. Cons There nothing bad about paypal. Paypal is amazing and keeps adding amazing functionalities where you can even use paypal to checkout in stores rather than always adding my bank information in the internet. Pros One of the important common electronic platforms to receive and pay money through it among different online categories , In addition to feeling some of comfortable due to its high level of security as its connection to my credit card . Cons The exchange rates in PayPal are very high as well are different from other common daily exchange rates by using other payment methods .
