I have the app on all my devices and it makes accessing my account and viewing transactions super easy. Being a business owner, you need to be able to quickly access and view payments and transactions easily and this app works awesome for that Cons I wish the app showed the confirmed address of the buyer but it doesnt so I have to log into paypal from a web browser to view that info. I have been using it for years and at the moment I am using it weekly. Pros The application is very easy and practical to use. The balance is displayed balance on the home page, you can register several bank accounts, access to details of recent activities. My dollar receipts have already been transferred in euros, which makes it very easy for me, I don't need to do any conversion or currency exchange. My receipts are processed very quickly. The customer service personnel waited for me to change my phone number, and switch bank accounts, and she was patient and terrific. Since the encounter, there have been follow up emails to see if everything is alright. Cons Im not in favor of the charge per transaction because its a little bit higher comparing to other apps with same services most specially in payments or in bank transfer. He canceled today and resent and worked perfectly. They've changed the terms and rules so many times I've lost count. Many times made it so bad I just went to Square use. Currently, they seem to be fairly open and transparent and easier to use. But my trust in PayPal was lost years ago. Paypal felt safe and capable of handling money I wanted to send or receive but their fees became to high, their customer service was terrible, they offered credit but that feature until this days never works. I decided to use a competitor's service and I have had a much better experience even though they aren't as widespread as Paypal. Pros The fact that Paypal became the standard for sending money to family and friends and to make purchases on Ebay and later online. Cons How expensive the fees became and how you could never use their credit feature. Cons Not all countries are able to receive money from PayPal which sacks, PayPal customer service can be very hard to get a hold of, not all online stores accept PayPal as a payment method, PayPal may take up 30 days to refund you which is just crazy.
