Pros Paypal has so much help for us, i can send money to my friends and family, i can send and receive also using payments in my business, all transactions are very smooth, thanks for knowing paypal Cons I can’t say any problem in this software, i think others are having problem in paypal because you need to fully verified your account first before having some money transactions. Cons Not a huge fan of their fee structures, not as low as some competitors Not a fan of the PayPal customer service experience, I find they often side more with buyers than sellers in average or provable disputes. It generates yearly reports so you don't have to manually calculate it when tax time rolls around. It's an easy and straight forward app. Pros This app works seamlessly with the PayPal Card Reader. The app has never crashed on me. And, I've always been able to open it when needed. For your business, it really easy to add line items with a description and coordinating picture. No brainer! Cons Tough to say. I only had one issue before. I guess the fees associated with sending goods for services seemed very high. Pros For a long time I've been asked when we were going to start accepting credit card payments. Enter PayPal Here -- what an excellent, easy-to-use product! The multiple roles not only allow us to maintain financial controls, but they prevent end-users (the volunteer sitting at the table...) from seeing a bunch of confusing extra controls they don't need to worry about. Also: the free credit card reader for signing up certainly didn't hurt! Cons I dislike that the credit card processing fees are greater when the card is entered manually. Most likeable feature is that money is received instantly and the transaction can be done with or without a card reader. Cons What I like least is if users have a limitation in terms of only sliding credit cards through a card reader, then there can be some processing issues. I love the convenience given most vendors offers it as a payment option. Pros I use PayPal because it accepted at most vendors and provides protection. If a vendor does not send your product or send you something else, you can easily submit a dispute with PayPal and they will investigate your claim. Cons I cannot think of any downsides to using PayPal at this time. I actually prefer it especially with out of country purchases. When you want to transfer the money you have in PayPal to your bank account you have two options: 1 you can do a fast transfer with a very small fee, I think 50 cents. 2 you can do a regular transfer which takes up to 2 or 3 business days and its free. Transfers from one person to another is free. Pros So easy to transfer money from one user to another. Reliable and trustworthy. Easy to move money from PayPal into your bank account. Cons Sometimes I will find that the app will flag activities as fraudulent more than not wheb sending money frequently or to the same person multiple times. The customer service is terrible and is EXTREMELY unhelpful. Cons Sometimes we are trying to avoid the fees because we are local but we always stumble upon that issue with paypal and it doesn't make it easy to refund or get the fee applied back to us. Co owner Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great product" February 12, 2019 5.0 Overall my experience with PayPal is wonderful I truly appreciate the fact of being able to get all of my information when I run my card on something whether it's the internet or what have you I love the protection I get that they don't even allow my car to come through on a site that might not be legitimate. I can even have a merchant account through them you can't get more business easy. Pros I absolutely love the ease of being able to invoice companies in an instant, aswell as setting it up for our type of business. the ease of getting our customers being able to pay their bills right online whether or not they belong to PayPal is also a bonus, with funds put into our account and being available next to immediate. Another new added feature of being able to deposit checks that is incredible. I also love learning 1% back when I do use my card throughout the month. Cons I'm not really thrilled with the percentage that they do take if somebody uses your PayPal email address , asking somebody to PayPal me. It's much easier and less costly to my account to use an invoice.
