Church Admin Religious Institutions Used the software for: 2+ years ### "It works...most of the time" December 4, 2018 4.0 It's ok. I don't totally rely on the app. It will go down when you need it. The website has all the features versus just the limited features in the app. I just prefer to use the website. Pros It's a quick set-up. Just download the app. I was able to download it on my ipad and iphone. Easy swiper connection into the phone jack. Cons The network goes down occasionally. I was at a craft fair and couldn't get it to work. Also the new iPhone don't have phone jacks so you have to use an attachment or pay extra for a bluetooth reader. Review Source JCM Juan Carlos M. It is very easy to use. We can transfer money and it is very good for a business man. This app very easy and hard security. So i like this app and I'm also using this app. Cons PayPal is the best money transfer app but when i send money then it cost 0.083 dollar. Sometimes it hard to use for new people and it is not available for all country. Pros Easy to use point of sale option for my business. Cons I have had a lot of struggles with the hardware that scans the card and often have to manually enter. I've never had to contact customer service for any issues--that says a lot in my opinion. Pros PayPal has been around a long time, so I like that it's reliable and used by a lot of people and companies. It's easy to pay for items, transfer money from my bank account, and to receive money from others. I never had an issue with the app (I can't say that about many). Cons Personally, I don't find the interface to be logical. When I try to withdraw or transfer money, I always have trouble getting to the correct screen. I choose "Send" or "Request" on the first screen and then remember that those aren't for transfer or withdraw. I wish the first screen had these functions. Review Source TC Tori C. Most websites have it available to use when checking out. It’s an easy way to use your credit cards online without having to physically type in all your credit card information. Pros PayPal is very simple to use. You just add all your credit card information, and it becomes a virtual wallet. You are able to use PayPal to make purchases online. Makes accepting payments simple! Pros Little-to-no setup required. You simply download the app and can accept payments, much like Vemno or Cash App. Also, if you're interested in swiping credit cards, the card reader is very affordable. Simply plug the device into your headphone jack and swipe the cards! Voila! Cons Overall, I've had a great experience with the app. The card reader can sometimes be a bit finicky and you may need to swipe more than once, but I've never had it not work in the end. Pros I am in sales as a part time job and a lot of times when I ship things it is easier to paypal a customer or vice versa. I like how I can easily transfer it to my bank account or keep it in my paypal account for the next transaction. Cons I wish you could automatically transfer to bank account as an option. I love it and I think it makes the process much easier. Pros I use the Paypal application to do some shopping and find it very easy to use, since I can make the direct link to the application I'm buying for paypal. All I have is balance and I can make purchases very quickly. Love it! Cons The only downside that I think I can point to is the possible insecurity of having debit cards associated with the account. I personally do not have mine, not because I have already had a bad experience, but because I have met people who have had problems. For this reason, I end up not trusting so much. However, as long as we do not have our account attached, I do not think it has any kind of problem. I even suggest that you use MbWay to feel more secure. Review Source Ali L. Whether they want to pay with their checking, savings or a credit card I can accept everything through paypal. Their interface is wonderful and it's very easy to set up and use. Cons I really like everything about this software. Their fees are comparable compared to other products out there and it's easy to use. Most people have paypal so there's zero setup. Pros I own a successful online sneaker store, but in some cases, I do meet up with buyers and need to capture payments in person. PayPal Here allows for this to become a reality and the process has been smooth with each transaction so far. This software has helped me grow my business by giving additional payment flexibility for my buyers. Cons In rare cases, the app has crashed on me, but that isn't a huge issue in my opinion. Not a big deal, but if someone steals your card number or you have fraudulent transactions in a city that’s not close to home, perhaps that could cause you some issues. Additionally, I like the receiving payments and making payments from this source as it is reliable and protects the user against theft. Many great and easily navigated options. Cons I have only had limited interaction with the support team, and in the end my issues have been resolved, but telephone wait time was excessive and the people didn’t seem knowledgeable.
