Pros PayPal makes it easy to make payments, transfer funds, and send money to friends. Whether it is for a bill or a gift. May 2, 2019 5.0 We can use Paypal Here rather than have to get set up with a merchant provider and pay a monthly fee. We only have a couple of events per year that require us to accept credit cards, so this works great for our organization. Pros It is very easy to use, easy to set up an inventory/item list, easy to track sales, easy to transfer to our bank. Works out great for our small business since we do not have events often that require us to accept credit cards, but this works great for us when we need it. I pay my hairdresser with tip and within a few seconds, her phone beeps and notifies her that she has been paid. Off I go. I also love the feature of being able to send friends money without paying any fees. Cons I don't usually get the best customer service when there's an issue with items purchased or sold on ebay. Even with the app version. I can take payments on the go. I was attempting to use CashApp as a quicker way since some people don't have PayPal but my account was hacked and money was stolen. Only sticking with the real thing from now on. As long as I had internet connectivity, it works seamlessly. Cons There is no way around it but if I was in an area with poor internet connectivity, I would often have failed transactions. That's a poor look for a small business. Whenever I got problems on mechants, Paypal to the rescue you can log complaints and the customer service is always there to help. Pros Very convenient and very safe to use, besides very user friendly app. Cons None, really I've been using this for more than a decade and it is a great app from payment to receiving and sending money any where in the world. Pros It was one of the original pay apps out there so they pioneered the market. Cons It's clunky and only older people seem to use it. With paypal's great reputation and established foundation, integrating Paypal here is a no brainer. Paypal here is a great way for small businesses to accept different varieties of payment methods before going for a more expensive industry standard. Cons what the least i like in this product is that you need to login in the website to confirm your card. i think much better if you can also confirm your card in the app, also its hard to check out because sometimes even though you set your card they still ask to add the card. but overall the product is very helpful and a must have product. Pros I liked that I was able to pay someone that lives in a different country than me for a course they offered. Several family members use PayPal Here to send money to their loved ones who live abroad. Cons Customer Support is poor. I had an issue with my account where it was randomly suspended and I never got a clear answer or help from Customer Support specialists. I got automated messages that didn't relate to my issue. I trust it, its safe and secure, I don't have to worry about fraud. I also like that it saves my profile where I don't have to type my card information in every time. I also like that I can access it from anywhere I want. Cons It has happened a few times now so it might be a software issue but it does tend to say my password is invalid numerous times. I track all of my passwords so I know it is correct yet it has given me error messages. It hasn't done it now in a month or so, so hopefully it is fixed. Pros This is easy to use and very affordable, especially as a small business owner. I love that PayPal takes the fees out directly vs. At the end of the month. The ability to transfer funds directly to my bank account is great! Cons Customer service is lacking. I have a business debit card which expired and was not issued a new one. Pros I made a PayPal account years ago, but never used it since other options like Venmo were easier. This past year I received an email from Paypal letting us know there was a new app so I downloaded it. I have used it several times since and I think it makes Paypal way more practical especially for secondhand selling online. I have used it to receive money from used book stores. I ship my books to them and they send me a PayPal payment and all they need is my Paypal email. I have also used it as a secure method to pay when purchasing used furniture from people secondhand. Cons I think something the Company could improve on is educating people more about how to use the app. Venmo is simple and easy and has one purpose. PayPal offers various options from being able to buy cryptocurrency to creating a money pool with friends. But I think they don't do a good job of informing people what's available.
