I use it as well for private as for business matters and it works very well and reliable. Pros It is very easy to use and do what it should do. You can pay and transfer money in real-time all over the world. With the new function you can split bills with your friends and send money to your friends without any provision you need to pay to PayPal. PayPal Balance you can easily transfer back to your Account and it takes only 2-3 days. Here in Germany you can even pay on some gas stations with PayPal. Ex: splitting the bill at a restaurant - one person pays as to not tick off the server and the group reimburses the payer for exactly their amount without having to worry about having cash and change. It has been a big help to collecting payments. Pros By using the PayPal Here App we have been able to collect payments easier and it has allowed our parents to make payments with their credit or debit card. This has made money collection easier and allows us to take donations more conveniently at fundraisers. Cons With the PayPal Here App you have to turn volume all the way up and turn the Bluetooth off or it will not work correctly. Pros I already use paypal and already like the secure transactions buying or selling. I signed up for PayPal here because I found paying in cash or swiping a card too inconvenient and time consuming. And with the pandemic here I don't want anyone touching anything of mine. Sellers are given card readers from PayPal that allow the buyer to either swipe their card or use their mobile phone to pay. Cons I can't complain, I am able to make touch less payments at any store that has implemented these card readers. I took a change on the PayPal Here solution because the swipe machines were inexpensive and the transaction fees were low. I couldn't be happier. It made the whole process super simple and enabled me to go 100% credit in what was previously a cash-based accounting nightmare. The tools are easy and cross platform. Couldn't ask for more. Cons Suspicious fund holds. All of our transactions were legitimate, but one of them was flagged as suspicious for some reason, which led to delays. Review Source MS Michael S. Pros PayPal is an easy way for us to take donations and membership dues via credit card for our not-for-profit organization. We use this at all events and are able to link directly on our site and emails to have people pay through the site as well. With the not-for-profit we are given a discount on the amount of money paypal takes for use which is very helpful for our small organization!
