I contacted my administrator who discovered that the account was frozen. Cons the customer support is terrible you can wait for hours to speak to someone and in most cases they will say they will have to look into it and get back to you but then they take days to weeks to get back to you. It is less expensive than other POS systems. Cons My customer complained of a confusing set up and that though they don't often use the hardware, it does take a while to boot up and occasionally loses it connection, making it less reliable than the online options. Cons The cons are the following: 1) High Commissions. 2) Difficulty to verify the accounts. 3) When you can not verify the account they can take away any payment received and return it to the issuer. 4) You have a savings limit if you do not verify your account with a credit card.
