Cons Although I like this platform a lot, I must admit that the transaction costs are higher than I would like. Cons Very little, but it would be great if transfers to my bank didn't take 24-48 hours to clear. The app is easy to use and the transaction process is usually fairly quick. We charge customers through play Mobile device but we can see all transactions on our desktop device as well . Pros Easy to use, customers recognize and are comfortable with the PayPal brand, no glitches in the program or transaction process. The Mobile platform is a huge plus. Cons Fees is a little higher than competitors. Pros The concept that I can send and receive money to / from people that have different banks and accounts as me is the winning feature here. Cons Its outdated, Paypal is SO complicated to have an account with period. The lag time is absurd when there are better apps like Venmo or Quickpay that have instant send times.
