If the sailing is smooth ,there are hardly any faults you can find . Cons However ,if you do have any issues or disputes ,you cannot rely on their customer support to properly address them .This can cause a lot of frustration .For the fees they charge , I think they should provide better training to their employees . Maybe they have to put options in their website about how to have virtual credit or debit cards, to facilitate solutions for that type of customer.
