The app itself is very user-friendly. It's also extremely secure so I feel relief whenever sites i buy from have a paypal option (which is most these days thankfully) Cons The transactions could go through a little faster but I'm don't think this is entirely paypal's fault, my bank may also be to blame. Having said that, the only reason I use PayPal is that I'm such a small business and the other companies that I like are even more expensive than PayPal. Cons I feel like PayPal has gotten expensive, especially with their latest rate increase. I am looking elsewhere and will move from PayPal solely because of their cost. It also keeps a record of my past transactions to make paying multiple times easier and simple. It is easy to use and less complicated than the website. Pros It allows me to send money quickly from a mobile device. It's less complicated then the computer site and makes things quite simple. Cons I have made a few mistakes with the software, like sending money multiple times because I thought it didn't work. Pros It is quite easy to use, I have never used any other app similar to PayPal, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I had no trouble navigating it at all. Cons I sometimes need to send money to people in different countries. multiple times, i have sent payments, and for some reason, they sent in a currency like a euro instead of dollars, and my money was not accepted and I had to send it again. the default should definitely just be dollars. Wish there was an easy sync up since they are owned by the same company Pros It's a great free service. I like how I can add different banks and credit cards to keep spending separate. Pros Easy to use. you are constantly getting annoying emails about how to use your account. Simple to add and subtract accounts and cards if you had a problem. Never had any problems with it and like that PayPal sends statements to you. Cons I haven't personally experienced it but I've heard about people getting scammed and PayPal not being able to refund their money. Again this has never happened to me personally.
