Pros I learnt about this software recently and decided to give it a try. While the idea of mobile payments is not new, it does simplify the hassle of carrying cash to places. This is a nice application that accepts payments from a wide range of merchants. Cons Having used this application for a limited period, I can only specify that it does not work well with disputing a false transaction. It was a time consuming process that took ages to solve. It also helps when you're overseas and you have no way to send money to friends that are overseas, Paypal gives you the option to do that, it's simple, fast and no extra fees to send money, which is great! Cons The customer support isn't always helpful, I've had some troubles before and going online and trying to find help sometimes can solve the problem, but sometimes you need to talk to an actual person about your problems and that can be a hit or miss.
