The customer service has been helpful but it took forever to be connected with someone who could help me with the issues we were having. After talking with them, the issue was totally resolved. Cons Connection issues when switching from one phone to another are hard to work with. We also have trouble with it working on certain iOS versions and between Apple and Android phones.
