I have paid a photographer for services, and an individual for clothing I bought online. It's multipurpose. Pros I love that I can see an overview of all money spent easily. There is a summary, and there is an easy way to request and pay directly to an individual that you know. Cons The searching feature sometimes seems inaccurate. When searching for an email address, it doesn't pull up suggestions until you type it in completely. That seems odd to me. Review Source Paul M. January 11, 2018 3.0 Pros The ease In getting our payments in a quick fashion. Plus when setting up the account it was pretty easy getting it to do what I needed. Cons I don't like the fact that the e-mails I receive from them about a transaction is not complete. I have 4 different newspapers that customer send money in for & it does not specify which newspapers the money is for. I have to e-mail the customer directly & ask them what they are paying for. This should be an option on the payment screen for the customer. They have partnered with other companies who can cater to more complex business needs, such as Lavu & Vend. Cons I also sometimes use another device connected to my POS system from another vendor and the bluetooth will get confused and take a while to sync... It makes it easy to see everything that is going in and out. It's great to use with companies outside of the US as well, making it all seamless. I can use it in most online sites and with individuals. They make it easy for everyone to use. I like the options of using personal credit cards and business credit cards on one account. Cons When an issue arrives it is difficult to find a resolution with customer service. It took a while to get my money back on a fraudulent purchase online. I have used Paypal Here in the past and really liked it overall. Cons I don't really have any complaints so far other than it being a little buggy here and there. I have to refresh a few times to see my payments actually register but its usually not a significant issue. Pros The fact that it's free is a huge factor in choosing it. Most companies charge for a pos machine or charge ridiculous processing fees for manually entering credit cards. Also, the debit card that gives you instant access to your funds is a nice feature. Cons NO CASH DEPOSITS. people still use cash, a lot.
