Pros: Setting up the tool took about 4 minutes by myself, even though I'm have to admit I'm not a tech expert. It was pretty easy to get everything at first glance, so you don't have to waste time by digging through tutorials or demos but you actually start to follow up on your leads once you're over the 1st shock that this thing even exists:)

Cons: I could say there would be some nice to have features I feel a little missing, but I'm sure they'll catch up on these.

Overall: Gave super useful insights about our B2B visitors.
