It would be ridiculously complicated to try to sell tires online without this software. Cons The only complaint I have is that I can't adjust the dollar amount in an individual quote sent to a customer. Customers that would once bypass our website because we didn't have prices on there no longer did so. It's also a great tool for comparing two tires that are not in stock, all the information for the customer in an orderly format. Pros We have liked the amount of new business TireConnect has brought in. Beside this, pros would be having all of our brand lines available for display in one place. We also like the print quote and email quote features, both of which are very easy to use. The customer support is also great if you ever do have a problem. Cons New tires lines released are not always loaded into the software right away. You can find errors in tire data from time to time, but if you contact them with the correct information they will fix the mistakes. (We've seen wrong mileage warranties at times.) Pros This software is very easy to use, all of the analytics are helpful and easy to read. If you have a question you can easily chat with a customer service rep and they reply to you within seconds. Cons Sometimes there is a glitch with Carrols warehouse inventory that will affect our page because some of our inventory is from there. Tireconnect's support team is on of the fastest responding teams in the automotive industry. Pros I like the ease of use of the productive. I love the information that is provided to both the online client and in-store widget. Cons I wish we could order direct off the widget from more then just NTD. Having the ability to purchase direct from all the listed suppliers would be helpful. This helps to keep my tire vendors honest with their pricing. Cons No Animated Tire Product Videos showing how the tire technology works in a tire, which would show the consumer the benefits of purchasing that tire! Everything they promise they do, if there's one thing I would like to see is the option to use merchant of my choice. Besides that great! Pros Very easy for my customers to navigate. Plus backend is for dummies like me , very straightforward and updates in seconds allowing me to make changes at the drop of a dime. Cons Just that the inventory doesn't show truck tires and the updates in inventory could be a little more accurate, but I believe some of that problem may be with the supplier. Pros The customization of the product, and reporting have provided me with opportunities to quantify the effectiveness of the set up to our dealers. Pricing is a constant moving target and TireConnect makes it easy for the dealer to make realtime changes to their structure when required. The infographics is great. Pros I like technical support, they are fast and responsive. The support website is great too! Cons Perhaps the fact that you have to manually feed your inventory, or use a spreadsheet that takes a bit of time to do, and send, and takes them some time o upload.
