Pros The best thing I like about the software is SmartDeploy is always looking for ways to improve the product. Adding new features or improving current features. The current product has changed a lot since 2011 when I first staring using SmartDeploy. Cons the thing I like least is that there is no feature to backup a machine in order to re-deploy to a new machine. Review Source MM Monika M. Pros I like that I do not have to create a machine first for sysprep rather I can create the VM and I can deploy. The timing is fast in just 17 minutes your image is on your machine deployed and ready. Cons It can't update my VM machine with updated software and windows. Once your image is set up, which is the longest part, it's as simple as plugging in the bootable usb and turning on the computer. Most of the time I don't even attach a monitor because I know it's going to work. The interface is really easy to use and there are a lot of features. SmartDeploy has cut down on the time I spend installing the same programs on new computers. Cons I haven't had many problems with it. If you don't type everything in correctly in an answer file it can cause issues but that's more of a user error than a software issue. Review Source Michael C. Its a good alternative to paying for some of the more advanced imaging solutions. If someone does not know how to capture an image this makes it very easy to run through the process. Pros I like the fact that I can create and deploy an image very easily. Cons The issues with the update of 1809, I don't like that I have to do a warm capture now after I updated the software. Was easy to use, works well and cost was reasonable Cons Certain default apps get affected by the deployment and must be then changed manually after imaging. If you have an issue... PREPARE for an answer! Pros Customer service is AMAZING. The simplicity one everything is setup and functioning!
