Aun no la tenemos en producción. Hemos hecho un pequeño despliegue a varios comerciales y lo tenemos en pruebas, pero la experiencia es buena.

Pros

Versatilidad. Capacidad de configuración. También ha sido (está siendo) muy buena la consultoría y servicios de implantación por parte de \[CONTENIDO SENSIBLE\].

Cons

Desempeño de la aplicación en la versión Android: Controles no estándar y errores varios. Creo que no está a la altura de la solución de IOS. Otro punto negativo es el alto tiempo que tarda la sincronización ERP -> Backoffice de InaCatalog, o, más que eso, que durante el tiempo de integración en sentido ERP -> Inacátalog no puedan existir descargas de pedidos Inacátalog -> ERP.

Me gustaria poder configurar el documento de pedido, quitando alguna linea y conectividad con analisis de datos

Bastente mala , la atencion es muy baja y la resolución de los problemas tambien los es. Te mienten con que si puede hacerlo todo lo que necesitas.

La velocidad de implantación es rapida. La integración también, esta parte es bastante asequible y el tecnico asignado muy responsable.

Cons

El servicio postventa, y la distancia entre la demo original y la realidad deja mucho que desear. Venden y luego no atienden.

Hace muchos años que trabajo con InaCatalog y siempre ha sido una herramienta fundamental para los equipos de ventas así como para el back office.

Pros

Poder eliminar muchas consultas y pérdidas de tiempo, además de ganar mucho tiempo en la respuesta al cliente mejorando la velocidad del cierre de pedidos.

Cons

Probablemente el precio. Por lo demás, casi todo es positivo.

La rapidez en ofrecer soluciones a los problemas surgidos o a los cambios y mejoras que podemos ofrecer.

A veces cuesta un poco contactar por teléfono ya que al llamar hay que esperar a que te devuelvan la llamada.
