"Unreliable Provider"

**Overall:** Our Ziwo numbers were down from early March due to server issues on their side, with no contingency plan to keep service running. Meanwhile we kept paying for a telecom subscription tied to a service that wasn't being delivered. Poor reliability and no accountability when it mattered — I can't recommend them for any business that depends on its phone lines.

**Pros:** Avoid Avoid Avoid Our Ziwo numbers were down from early March due to server issues on their side, with no contingency plan to keep service running. Meanwhile we kept paying for a telecom subscription tied to a service that wasn't being delivered. Poor reliability and no accountability when it mattered — I can't recommend them for any business that depends on its phone lines.

**Cons:** Unreliable customer support / no contingency plan the platform was not working for 2 month while we where paying for Etisalat

**Reasons for Switching to ZIWO:** Due to unreliability of Ziwo and loss of business as they could not solve their problems for two month
