Easily integrate with our CRM and ticketing tools, which reduced manual work and improved case resolution times. What also stood out was ZIWO’s responsive support and flexibility in addressing specific operational needs, making it a reliable partner rather than just a tool.

Pros

Very good interface and very low instances of technical issues and failures. ts simplicity, scalability, and seamless integration capabilities. It offers a very intuitive interface for agents, which significantly reduces training time and improves first-day productivity.

Cons

The new recharge widget. In the past, balance can be recharged directly using quick pay, however now it is a very complicated process involving raising of tickets and invoices

Stable call connection, and the voice quality is high no matter how far my company is located from the call destination , and ease of control in the interface

the fact that you need to change the country code every time you make a call and the default country code cannot be changed

I use this daiy to track and record my calls both outgoing and incoming - I can listen back to calls, assess my work and learn to be more efficient. Great system

Easy to self monitor and self improve - great to listen back to sales calls and identify key areas for improvement - easy to check sales strategy etc

Cons

Would be great to be able to search for a call by the phone number as well as by the date and time of the call - currently this is the only way to search and is not perfect

Cons

The live dashboard, I prefer arranging the widgets by myself. The widgets have a defined place to take, I cannot move them and rearrange them as I please. If I move a widget, later I notice it went back to its original place.

Easy to maintain and to administrate. in general the quality is very good.

Cons

some enhancements can be added to facilitate the configuration process in the system, for example, export the call results, show the media ID which would help while configuring the IVR plans ..etc.
