The promised Service does not exist. So does their Product Foodesoft! After having this bad experience with this company we have done another research about them and we found out that the Video Review you can find online of www.sleepyheadgcc.com is a complete made up review. Even the E-Mail-Adress if you want to contact is referring to info@exlcart.com and we found a couple of Video which told us exactly how this scam works. We lost our money! Do not do the same mistake! Pros We paid 1800 Euros and got a Demoversion which did not work at all. Cons It does not work at all. The software has very bad coding and is out of date. If you ask for service they want to get access to your server which is by law in Germany because of DataProtection illegal. So we described every single step made and they just said they want to have access to the server. The promised Apps never arrived and the Software we got send was just a Copy of a Demoversion and not a clean Database.
