"Easy implementation, user friendly, responsive customer support"

**Pros:** We switched to Juniper Square from a different investor management platform and the transition was seamless. The implementation team from Juniper was quick and responsive and made the migration much easier than anticipated. Our investors like the site and find it informative and easy to use. I also appreciate having a specified account manager from Juniper Square - it's easy to develop a relationship and have them really undersand our wants and needs. Our account manager alwyas responds quickly and is extremely helpful.

**Cons:** Documents could not be transfered over during the migration which was a minor issue but one we had to work around nonetheless.
