Pros Digital Guardian's data discovery and classification capabilities helps my institution to identify and protect our sensitive data, which is essential for compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Cons Though it has good capabilities, they make it complex and challenging to use especially if the user is the admin. The solution covers DLP needs seamlessly and comes with great templates. Other solutions require more hands on customization out of the box than DG. Cons Only downside I see with Digital Guardian is cost. The solution is very pricey. If going with the on premises solution it is also very resource intensive. This can easily be avoided with their SaaS offering.
