June 12, 2019 5.0 See my pros list Pros It has been highly effective and efficient in managing our real estate transactions and being able to have a central place where I can access my files, as well as the administrators and owners of our company. Also, it's easy to do everything out of the program, including managing her payments and commissions. The biggest bonus is that I've never had any issues with the program lagging, having technological issues, things like that. Cons I don't like that when someone signs a document electronically in the program, there is a signing certificate/verification that's attached. So if I want to send off just the document that was signed, I have to clip off the signing certificate. I wish that the certificate wasn't attached to the actual signed document. Admin absolutely hate trying to keep everything organized because everything is grouped in "pending" status. You end up with hundreds of offers that never amounted to anything, that are jumbled up with the real deals and it becomes an impossible mess to try to sort out. You need to add a pre offer section that can be completely ignored, so the admin can filter the actual under contract deals they need to work on everyday. Drop the sign, integrate with dot loop and lower the price. Same with listings...... Pre listing and active listing status. December 27, 2018 4.0 I use it for everything but signatures, otherwise I enjoy it. Pros The ability to make checklist and orgonizse filing is a game changer. Also having another team verify the files makes for extremly fulid transactions. The ability to have multiple signatures from one email for clients who share the same email. Cons I feel like the signing side on the clients end maybe difficlult to naviagate or understand. I only use Brokermint signing for more than one client with the same email. Other than that, I use another system for signatures. I wish I could know what the other end of the stick is like to help my clients use Brokermint signing more effectivly. I've seen some colligues in the past have problems with creating their docs for signing, however I never had a problem. Review Source JA James A. Pros Customer Service is VERY easy to reach out to. Software is mostly easy to use. Cons No one in the office using a Mac can print any form that was filled out using BrokerMint. The transaction checklists are very useful and helps guide new agents on the step by step procedures of a transaction. The pipeline is also a very useful tool to see projected, past, and current months income, and from a brokers perspective, seeing the office income and analysis. January 23, 2018 4.0 We wanted to switch to paperless filing and this was an easy way to do that. We can run reports and see the pipeline of all the closed, pending and active listings. Pros Brokermint is very user friendly. It is easy to manage our transactions and run reports. We train all of our agents on the system and they pick it up fast. The customer support is lack luster Pros I like that it is user friendly and simple to use. Doesn't take much for the agents to understand Cons There are a lot of glitches. Being able to switch from Listing to Pending if you forgot to select Pending at the beginning is not an option. You have to completely delete it. It also doesn't give them option in commissions that are needed for teams. Pros I like that it can integrate so many things from accounting to crms, etc. Cons Currently, my state forms are not available, so I have been using the software for commission processing only and pipeline tracking. I simply do not have time to map the forms for agent use. Also, I find that the signature platform is not as user-friendly as some others, and the full page authentication that is added is clunky. Loving it. Pros I love the easy of it and how user friendly it is. Cons The only thing I would like to see changed is when you upload documents into the unsorted area and merge them together, you still have to delete the old files. With the help of Brokermint, we are able to handle all of our transactions with only two full time transaction coordinators! Pros We looked really hard to find a transaction management system and tried everything out there. Brokermint met needs that we didn't even know we had! She has been a great help and has been vigilant in getting our on-boarding completed. Pros Ease of use. Great overall layout and ease of use. Cons The software is professional and efficient and feature rich. An area that needs improvement is in the Administer Level User. There are many areas where the Admin does not have authority over the system or the end user. This is never a good idea. Specifically, the Admin cannot login as the user through a user portal. So the end user has control over notifications, private contacts and other areas as well. So our Admin cannot help a user in many areas such as completion of tasks. We assign some tasks to the agent and other tasks to the Admin. In the forms section for instance, an Admin cannot initiate a fallible form on behalf of the agent without editing the task and change who it is assigned to . Review Source JA Jennifer A. It took us a minute to get accustomed to the nuances but we are adapted now and find it user friendly. Just needs a few tweaks. Pros Great place to store,track, and share documents. Cons Brokermint lacks functions and features. There needs to be an option to include/exclude the signature page. It's an extra and annoying step to have to take it off when sending docs to someone that doesn't need the other person's personal info. Review Source LG Leslie G.
