Perfect for our brokerage. I like all the reports I can run I like how easy i.can drop documents into place. Easy to check paperwork and track. Great for warehousing our infomation. I like the email feature 4. Great organization and sharing ability Cons 1\. I would like to be able to load multiple docs. 2. I would like a search bar in the unsorted so finding file is easier 3. I would like the files to go by acronym. 4. I would like to be able to print the first page and share - I would like to be able to remove unnecessary information. Their customer support is exceptional and the platform is very user friendly. As I mentioned before there's a lot of room for improvement but I can tell they're working on it Pros \- Commission Management - On boarding - General Organization Cons More than dislike, there's just a big room for improvement here. June 5, 2019 4.0 Despite the kinks, the support staff and developers at brokermint have been going above and beyond to get us there. I know it will take some more time but once this program is mapped correctly, it will be an incredible assets to our company! Pros I love the concept of Brokermint. If working seamlessly, this is a game changer for me in real estate. Cons I think that the “mapping and programming” is not up to par with other systems. No longer can an agent complain that a document was turned in and the 'lost' be the office. Agents know exactly what is needed to complete their files in order to receive their commission checks. Pros The software is very customizable and easy to use and implement. Cons Software designers are slow to implement changes called for by a majority of the users. We were told we were going to this transaction management system. So, I had no input and didn't choose it or know what we were getting. I was VERY pleasantly surprised and I think it was a great purchase and will be a huge help to our brokers/owners and closing coordinator to see everything in one place. Some agents are slow to adopt because they fear technology. This is easy for the oldest and least techy of all the agents. By using Brokermint, I feel confident that I have everything I need. That confidence makes my clients feel secure in knowing their transaction will be handled effectively and accurately. Pros I'm a new agent and Brokermint keeps me organized and on top of the details. The brokerage I work for has my workflow planned so I don't leave out any details. I appreciate that everything I need to complete a deal is available and presented in the order of what needs to be done and when. Cons Brokerage makes it seem like there is customer support standing by when you have a question, but you may have to wait several hours before getting an answer. This is fine for non-urgent situations, but when you have a client waiting on your answer and needs it now it's frustrating. Review Source JP Jess P. We were in dire need of cleaning up our files and making sure everything was in order. The day we finished uploading and filing was the day an auditor came in to check our records! So grateful that we had brokermint to show him what we’ve done. He was impressed and passed us with flying colors. Pros Organizing files, being able to handle compliance and keep track of our overall production. Cons Sometimes the total gross commission didn’t always add up because we have a complex pay structure, so we needed to keep checking our records just to make sure it’s accurate. Pros The ability to securely store documents online has helped tremendously. There is a feature that allows a user to split or merge documents which helps with sending clean offers. Also, being able to access important transaction documents at any computer is very convenient. Cons No, specific complaints about Brokermint. Pros The struggle with a real estate-based platform for our team, is always having live information throughout that is mobile friendly. This provides a dashboard that I as an agent can review, while a Transaction coordinator is working the file, and Compliance can overview. It's all hands on deck! Cons As a team, we are still working out storage of templated documents that can be e-Signed by clients. We can store completed docs in the file now, but we;re working out some kinks to make it work more fluid. We're working with Brokermint now however to ensure it's upcoming! Brokermint keeps me on schedule with reminders, and having all docs and reminders in one place is a huge time saver/stress reliever! Thank you for your wonderful system! I have recommended Brokermint to four of my Realtor friends, who are now happy users of Brokermint's software program. Pros I love that everything I need, from commissions to active and closed transactions, are there at a glance in my funnel!
