Brokermint is not only easier to navigate, but it has many more options for customization at a much lower price. Pros This software is incredibly user friendly. The ease of transition from one page to the next is superb. And the ability to customize the interface to be exactly what we need is great. Cons Sometimes there are what feel like a few extra steps or some of the labels of sections aren't entirely intuitive but once you've gone through them for a while, it starts to make sense. I would also like the ability to make changes/ add commission plans from within a transaction instead of having to leave, address this in the agent profile, and then return. Pros Brokermint is very user friendly and combines so many aspects of the administrative part of what we do. Cons Learning new programs is always difficult, but it was not hard to use this one. Perhaps trying to figure out how to assign commissions is the hardest part. Very little learning curve. Not too complicated with a lot of bells and whistles. Gets the job done from a transaction coordination standpoint. Pros Easy to use, simple checklists, easy to split and sort documents. Cons I don't like that there is not a true "merge" or "add to" feature. In order to upload a secondary document into a task that already contains a document, I have to unassign and then merge the documents. This is one feature that needs to be addressed and updated. Pros Ease of use and navigations. The easy drag and drop and sort method. So easy to locate my past transactions and navigate to the documents I need within it. Love that I can label each file. Pros Overall user friendliness, has helped our organization and maintenance of files tremendously Cons E-signing not having auto fill for certain fields ie- Buyer/Seller Customizing commissions based on a seller set up. I didn't go through any of the training and figured it out instantly. Very user friendly workflow. Cons The buildout, which is the fault of my company. Too many redundancies. They created forms for us to use and then constantly ask for additional information. Example: i constantly get emails asking for fax numbers or email addresses. I complete their company forms to the letter and follow Broker Mint's workflow, then why are they asking me for additional information? They should request that in the forms or workflow. They are all happy with this web platform. Pros I have recommended this online platform to some of my clients who are brokers. They are all happy! This made their lives easier. It helps them analyze their sales and focus more at their clients. Cons A lot of features but it takes sometime to learn how to use them. Pros It does a lot on its own, it is intuitive, love the side viewing of documents, love that it tells you how many pages are in a doc. Love that I can upload documents and when they are ready I can submitted to the template. Love the “merge” option Cons I like using templetes for more organized look and having the template mix with the remainders is something I don’t like. I haven’t been using it for long enough so I think I’m figuring things out still. Pros Brokermint makes it easy to know which documents are needed for a transaction, easy to determine why a submitted document was rejected or see that it was accepted. The record of activities in the Activity section is very helpful and easy to open a deleted document if found later to be needed. Cons Though the software is a little intuitive, I would like it to be made much more intuitive. Navigating from some places to others is more 'bulky' than one would like. This is the third back office program I have tried in 2 1/2 years and it far exceeds the others. Pros I love how user friendly Brokermint is. Cons I do not like that when you assign a commission schedule to an agent that has levels depending on what the agent has brought in, It doesn't state what % they are at in the commissions tab. June 12, 2019 4.0 Excellent Pros So far I have really liked using Brokermint as I appreciate the checklists which include time frames etc. I also find the software very easy to use even though I've done little to no trainings. I get excellent help from the help desk and use the chat feature frequently. Cons I've used it for several transactions and so far haven't had any difficulties.
