My only concern is that there is so much content and flexibility that I rather it be a little more direct. But honestly, that is a very minuscule. Overall, it has served its purpose well. Pros It is easy to use, accessible, and personalized. Cons It could have better training and webinars for use. If they aren't direct or too dry than more likely than not my agents won't listen. There's lots of room for improvement, to make it easier and to provide more options and details. Pros It's well organized and easy to access data and transactions. Cons The process of entering a transaction is not very user friendly. And the labels for a transaction are limited and can't be entered as partials. Pros I like the Easy of this product... I like how user friendly it is... Cons When print straight out of broker mint it moves things to the next page so a one page doc turns into a2 page doc... Pros This program and very user friendly. There customer service is amazing. Anytime I needed help of had a question I could set up a one on one meeting for more detailed help or just click the help button for a quick and easy response. Cons I don't like that there is not a way to create a contact sheet for all parties involved per transaction. Very easy to streamline any existing data you have. Security of knowing your information is safe and secure. Has everything you need from transaction management to commission tracking. Cons If you are not super tech savy the learning curve may be a little difficult for you. Also, no way to do direct mailing labels as an agent who wants to send out marketing materials. Once my deal is complete, it does keep the needed documents in an organized manner for my broker. Pros Easy to maintain an organized file once documents are ready for review. Great for back of the house purposes. Cons Using it as an agent. Slow, doesnt autopopulate information so I am retyping several times to complete a file. Easy to learn, Over all it is just an easy program to learn and use Cons I do not like that I have to upload my documents from zip forms in order to get them signed. I know there is an integration that you can do with the forms, but I haven't found it to be it a little bit more of a pain in the butt. June 13, 2019 5.0 Pros Brokermint is super easy to learn and work with and it lets me have more control over my transactions than other software. It's seamless and once it's set up it's a no brainer. Cons At first it was a little bit of a learning curve switching from dotloop to docusign but once I got the hang of it, it was okay. Should consider allowing certain checklists to be assigned to the TC rather than the owning agent of the transaction. Emailed notifications about e-sign documents arrive late and sometimes never arrive.
