Cons The merging of document into one. Would like to load more than one documents in each slot. When you cancel a transaction the old transaction documents are with the new one, it gets confusing. We had a transaction management coordinator who was still printing out all files, and the emails alone going back and forth with him was driving all of us crazy! I knew there had to be a better fit for our growing office and to help us get into the 21st Century. Everyone from our original Sales Rep to technical support is on top of all of our concerns and issues. And the best part ... the response from our agents, even the technically challenged ones, LOVE IT AS WELL! Kudos to Brokermint! Pros From the first time I saw the platform, I knew Brokermint would be a perfect fit for our office. There was never any concerns getting our agents trained and using Brokermint because of its user friendly platform. " June 5, 2019 5.0 About a year ago we researched several back office systems because we were leaving our franchise and becoming an independent brokerage. Brokermint was the most user friendly system for the price. They're customer service has been outstanding. Pros Probably love the "Reports" section the most. I can pull my individual agent reports at a glance, see the GCI, units and all transactions under each agent. Navigating transaction, with deadlines and contact info for everyone else involved in the transaction help a ton as well. Our brokerage is making us switch over, but I do not feel comfortable with it. Pros There's not a ton of content, so it's not overwhelmling to look at. Cons It's not extremely user-friendly. Cons The concise ability to navigate and utilize functions within a transaction is not quite there. I would also like to see a better operation for managing tasks within a file. I have not had any issues and my experience is nothing but positive. Pros I use Brokermint everyday. Keeps me so on top of my daily tasks and I highly recommend it. I find it a valuable tool . Love it.. Cons Nothing major. Just frustrating when I have things that should be deleted because they are not applicable to the deal and I have to wait and get an administrator to delete for me. I chose BrokerMint because of how modern and functional it was compared to its competitors. I was starting a new business in Mississippi which is far behind on technology. So I needed something that was easy to use for the technologically-challenged agents but also offers the best benefits. BrokerMint won me over with its platform. Especially the Pipeline which allows agent to see their productivity in commission or volume. Pros Easy to use, Neat Layout, Pipeline Productivity Chart, Online Library, Reports, Broker Oversight Cons I have experienced no major cons so far. This has been a great way for me to communicate with our agents, clients, and outside parties to the transaction to ensure that we stay on track. Pros The reporting is very easy and having the ability to create and edit task lists and track all activity on our transactions is invaluable. I appreciate having the ability to email users documents and information through the system easily. Cons I would like to be able to reply to the email responses I receive via Brokermint as well as receive notifications for all email responses, not just ones sent containing documents. For reporting/navigation, I would like to be able to easily go back to my sorted transactions or reports as opposed to going back and having to resort everything. We have gone from 1 location to 4 locations in a 1 year period and they have helped make that super smooth. Our agents love brokermint and all use it pretty easily. It’s easy to use, quick and intuitive. Pros I like how easy it is to just drag and drop things from my computer files to my Brokermint file. That makes uploading way easier and faster. Cons I wish I could see the break down of team numbers a little more in-depth. For example, we have a team of 3; I’d love to be able to quickly look at the production of not only myself individually but of the other individuals as well, separate from the whole.
