Pros I love that I was able to create my own checklist template and it's very simple to add more additions when needed for any real estate documents that come up during the closing process. Uploads are quick and easy. It's very clear what I am still missing from my checklist. For what I utilize Brokermint for, it works fantastic. At any given time, I am working with 10 or more files at once. Brokermint helps keep me very organized. Cons I don't like the document signing section as much as I like and use Docusign. The system has an easy platform for people of all ages to use it and understand it. Pros Simple, functional and easy to use. It is a platform that agents of all agents can work through on their files. Cons I have not had many issues relating to Brokermint that weren’t able to be resolved at the broker level who has more access than I do at the agent level. I am also hoping to get a mobile version soon. Pros Brokermint makes it easy to move documents from multiple different sources, via email, phone or computer. And you are able to add them to different tasks easily. Cons It is not mobile friendly, many agents are on the go. You have to have a computer to be able to add information or a new transaction. December 10, 2019 5.0 Real estate is 95% paperwork. I am a solo agent, not yet ready to add a personal Transaction Coordinator, so Brokermint allows me, with the assistance of our in-house TC, manage the process, know exactly what I need to do next and keep my transactions on track so that we can get successfully to the closing table and serve my buyers and sellers well. Pros You know how when something is so easy to use you think, "Why isn't everyone using this?" That's how I feel about Brokermint. My brokerage uses it and I was unfamiliar with it when I joined almost a year ago. But it didn't take me long to see what an asset it was to my ability to prep documents, edit documents and send documents to clients in a way that impressed them. I love the archive and being able to reference closed transactions when I need to. 5 STARS all around! Cons Nothing yet! I guess this review system wants me to elaborate and add more text here, but I don't have anything negative to say. Pros This product has been easy to implement and perfect for small brokerages not wanting to carry a lot of overhead. I have never seen the set-up check list. Have yet to have our sliding commission plans entered for us though we have requested. I think our account rep is a bit busy. We've had a no show for one call - but the calls are booked in 30 min increments. I have found calls take a bit longer. maybe offer large blocks of time? as needed? Not feeling the love currently. Pros Love the interface. Visually appealing. Functions are simple. Like that we can create/build out fields as needed. Document storage is great of team sharing. E-signature is awesome. Cons Wish it were a bit easier to cater some of the backend (hard coded) fields to fit the language of commercial real estate. Would love to have invoicing functionality within the system - but i do realize it integrates with Quickbooks - just have to convince our accounting dept of the value of connecting the products Reason for choosing BoldTrail Back Office Cheaper. I love that it has a pipeline feature and it is very user friendly! I enjoy how easy it is to track my commissions, manage my transactions, and also have the tracking feature in order to use for the future. Another great thing about it is the integrations with different websites I use daily. Cons I think the only thing I don't like about the software is that I don't take advantage of everything it has to offer. I am learning about it more and more and getting to know the software and I think it has much more to offer than what I am utilizing. Agent Real Estate Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Reliable " June 28, 2019 4.0 It keeps me up on what I need to complete so well that I don't have to use a TC on every transaction. Pros At the close of escrow, I can download the entire file, transfer to a memory stick and give my client everything they will ever need on their purchase or sale. I am sure I am not using all of the features, so I may not be the best person to ask about total integration. The customer service CHAT is great and quick. They are super nice and do't even make fun of a geek like me:) Cons I wish I could show a purchase as a purchase instead of a listing. The priorities for me as a Selling Agent are different. I wish they'd update the names of some of the documents on the list that we no longer use or have changed names (like the HUD-it is now a CD, the FIRPTA can also be a QS from escrow). I wish I could update the initial input on the transaction. I have used the edit but it does not let you edit everything. We currently use Dotloop for that purpose, but would love to get rid of them. It should also pull the listing information from the MLS. Doesn't save previous info in certain places. Shuts down periodically. When you have to terminate a transaction, it doesn't keep it in a file. It is a great program that works very well. Any holes the software has are easy to work around due the its flexibility and customization. I love how it tracks production and is great for transaction management from contract to close. We are just hoping for some for features to be unveiled as time goes on. Pros I like that multiple users can work through the same transaction, I like that it organizes the documents for us as things come in and I like that it is easy to track our pipeline and download transaction docs if we need after closing Cons I wish the checklist items allowed us to upload multiple documents under the same tab, i.e. if we have working docs we can upload and then add the completed document later. I wish it had the capability from the checklist to email out a template and check it off from the system. I wish it organized the checklist into categories so we could easily grab missing items we are looking for. Broker Owner Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Not fond of your business practices, nor product" February 3, 2021 3.0 Real estate transaction management Pros The willingness for their team to add additional contract templates to the program Cons It felt unintuitive - the interface is extremely limited - one must use their transaction templates, which become tedious and cumbersome in the actual process of daily transaction management - lacking flexibility and on-the-fly adjustments Reason for choosing BoldTrail Back Office The included version of Lone Wolf software from our MLS seemed to lack customization features that I was hoping to augment with this product. In the end, my agents felt it was more difficult and less intuitive to use, and it simply never felt like it fit our needs. After our initial investment, and deciding that this product was not for us - I asked in writing, as per our agreement, according to their "Cancel at Anytime" policy. Upon receipt of my first notice, they "required" me to request cancellation from their customer service dept. I did, yet they charged my card anyway. I had to dispute the item with my bank. Another 2 weeks goes by, and they have the nerve to "require" me to schedule a meeting through their contact management system before cancelling. I told them to pack sand. DO NOT do business with these people. It's a trap - a joke and please, refrain from giving them your credit card, unless you are up for a hassle. Dishonorable and worthless. October 19, 2018 4.0 Being able to break down all the files needed into templated, and then having things uploaded into their respective places-VISUALLY I can see what is needed, what is there and check each transaction quickly and efficiently. Pros I love the ease with which I can upload docs from anywhere! The assigning and splicing are so very simple, it is literally my fault if something is wrong. Cons The issue with Microsoft Edge causing lag times is a pain, but Edge is causing issues with everyone, so I really cant blame Brokermint --I just wish there was some kind of 'if this takes more than X amount of time...' warning. I also wish that IF there is a lag/refresh situation, that Brokermint would REMEMBER what had been typed instead of my having to do the input again. Review Source Susie G. Pros I love knowing I have everything for a file by just looking at a checklist screen and not having to go through the paper file. Cons It's super easy - I don't have admin rights so I guess I would like to be able to run reports on just my sales information and can't seem to do that. Set up was painless but repetitive. We have truly cut down on time spent on files. Cons We went from paper files to this product. We could not be happier with our choice. Customer Service is top notch. Cons I wish it were just a little more intuitive and had more graphics. Agents like graphics and need it to be super intuitive or they don't use it and from a broker standpoint it becomes a chore to always be forcing them to use it. It is one of the better ones out there. I want to integrate QBooks but have heard that the integration isn't great. I wish they integrated with Docusign..
