Pros Backside management has a lot of ability to set up and customize reports. Easy access for office admins to follow transactions. Love the functionality of the checklist items. The service of the brokermint staff is also very good, as our experience shows, whenever we had a problem, they always helped us with the greatest service. Pros We are a real estate brokerage firm, We use Brokermint for our business needs, as keeping track of files we have open, whatever is pending, and what has been closed or cancelled. I was not involved in the set up of the system for our needs, however as a user I find it easy to understand, learn new features and stay organized. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a system to stay organized with transaction management. Cons No cons at this point in time. Unsure of cost as a user, so I cannot comment on that. I have been adjusting the way it I use it now to ensure I can draft great reports later. Pros Customer Service is fantastic. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (probably the most so in any industry I've experienced calls with) of the ins and outs, and reports of Brokermint. I like the ease of upload/connection of documents to the assignment. Cons I'd like the option to add a new task while in unsorted document section in case none specifically apply. Capability to add user-specific templates/checklists no one else has access to? Capability to modify user-specific dashboard of information, while leaving required information up. But can add/store additional information you would like to see more quickly before entering transaction. Capability to create/export "Transaction Information Sheet" from file directly (I have created a template in excel in which I copy and paste the information in BM into a spreadsheet for it to pull into a separate sheet of which I can better view and/or adjust my own font. Office Administrator Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Brokermint Review " December 19, 2018 5.0 I have been with John L Scott for almost a year now and my overall experience with Brokermint has been great so far! Pros This software is easy to learn and use. Adding Listing and Pending sale files is very simple and pretty self explanatory. Easy to make changes to check lists if need be, I like that it has checklists and timelines for paperwork to be turned in an uploaded to help everyone get things done in a timely manner. I also like that it keeps track of cancelled and closed transactions and keeps them separate for you! I think that Brokermint is a great way to help offices and Realtors keep track of their listings and sales and keep all of there previous and current files organized, also makes it very easy to access closed files if you need to look back on or pull up old paper work for some reason or another! Now I am going to incorporate it as my main software for my business. I love it. Pros Easy to use and also there are unlimited templates that you can stack into one transaction. Create CDA's and keep internal forms in one place. This software has email capability and audit functionality. Cons I would love it if Brokermint would incorporate more dates for the timeline. I think this tool would work well for any brokerage with less agents. I never got overwhelmed by their system. Pros Brokermint is a wonderful tool, it mostly works how you would want it, making it so easy for agents to use with little or no training. The layout set up is wonderful and easy to navigate. Top-notch customer service, my chats are always answered within a few minutes. Anytime I have something I can't figure out or I want to change, I do have a quick response where the problem would be pointed out and explained or they have it changed for me. Cons One problem is it can't track emails regarding agents docs. You also can't save an e-sign document draft, then come and complete it later. Search engine is nowhere to be found on the approval screen. Incomplete transaction should also be red on the approval screen how it has been marked on the transaction screen. I still have frustration with getting my team to upload Pros I like the way it's a universal platform and allows me to review all my agents work in one hub. It's also very handy for taxes and overall reporting. Cons There needs to be a little more flexibility on the fly for the administrator. Also you should be able to do more with documents in the task tab. I have more feedback but can't think about it right now. We use it for document compliance and storate for each transaction. As an agent I find it simple to use the tasks in each checklist or add new tasks. I can upload my docs for review in a matter of minutes. Cons The task names remain the same when there are two different buyer checklists. Makes it difficult to determine which task is for buyer 1 vs buyer 2. So I add a number to each buyer checklist. I recommend adding a way to sort by buyer # or hiding a buyer checklist that cancelled. Review Source TW Thomas W. It would be great if they consulted and paid them to create tickets to be repaired in the program. Pros I like that it has the capability to serve almost everything for the brokerage that I need it to. Having the forms Pre-filled is great so when you send a document you just fill in necessary info and it emails it off for signatures. Having checklists for agents is helpful to make sure they are doing each step and staying in compliance. Cons Frustrating that you cant go back and edit a template that was created before you create a field that you would like to enter into the document. You have to create an entire new template for the document if you forgot to add one field. If you have a prefilled contract you have to make sure you filled in all possible areas in information sheet otherwise it wont populate in contract and it leaves possibility for an agent to miss something that could have been caught. We are able to track the source of our leads and able to hone in on this (rather than putting our efforts toward something that is not producing a lot). Pros I have been VERY grateful for the recent addition to Brokermint. They have added being able to search by agent, MLS #, client, etc. This has cut my time down immensely when using this software! Cons My least favorite thing is the checklist portion of Brokermint. I have to assign a checklist in order to add a task. We have created a "Miscellaneous" checklist to supplement. We have transactions that we have the paperwork for, but only one or two random tasks that need attended to until the clients are ready to do all that is needed. Pros I like the tasks, the easy uploading of documents, and the potential of being able to start our contracts from this platform. Cons There is no app. Please realize that I am not the admin and I haven't used it long. If I were to ask her about these issues she might give me great answers. We are very excited about the prospect of starting and finishing our entire process in one platform. It hasn't happened yet because it isn't a simple process to get all our state forms and office forms on your system and vetted. They have been busy with day to day sales but hope to be able to get that done soon. We also need to be able to get signatures from our phones. I couldn't figure that one out when I needed it recently. I also don't love getting a separate email stating each item as it is updated by the admin. Could we cut that down to ONE every day stating all the updates in ONE email for each transaction? Or maybe it's easier for admin that way. It's not a big deal if it can't be changed though. Needs to be striaght forward as agents/TCs come and go and spending time training is not time well spent - In their eyes. Pros I like that this gives me a pipeline to see what I have working and coming easily. I also like how I can upload one file and split them so I dont have to upload each individually.
