June 12, 2019 5.0 Overall I highly recommend. I am super techie so probably more critical than the average user. My guess is if you start using it you will love it! Pros I love that my office is paperless and organized and the compliance part of this is a key function of keeping me on top of my agents and contracts. Cons I don't love the front end funnel. I cannot track my commissions the way I would like to. I can upload, merge and edit/separate everything I need and making new transactions is simple. Pros Generally, it’s super easy to use and I like how you can add separate documents and merge them together. Cons I don’t like how many clicks it takes to get to the unsorted documents. It should be it’s own major link on the sidebar because it’s more common to need that link than the already uploaded documents link. It takes even more time to do this when using the mobile site. Pros I love having easy access to all my documents. I love the organization of it. And I love the email feature to send documents to my file as they come in and the email feature to receive offers. When I reach out for help, someone is always there to assist me with whatever I'm working on. They are very responsive which is hard to find. Pros I like the ability of being able to send a document to a client within the software without having to open up another program to send the document for signatures. I also like that on the dashboard you can see how much your have sold for a given year. It keep me motivated to hitting my goal. Cons It was a little confusing at first but every time I go into Brokermint I learn something new. Pros I love that I can drop files right onto the page instead of having to upload. I also love the split & merge features. Cons I don't like that the Commission Statements don't show the dollar amount that goes to the company for their split. I wish that there was a "Clone Transaction" button. When you have a listing that gets a PSA on it, and then the transaction cancels, you have to cancel your whole transaction, and then reset up the listing. It's very annoying. June 5, 2019 5.0 Incredible, from Day 1 the team at Brokermint has worked with us to get us up and running! Pros Brokermint has changed the way we can view our business from a financial standpoint. We are able to drill down to details of our profitability and agent success in a multitude of ways. I strongly suggest Brokermint for all of your reporting needs. Cons Upon initial set up of the reporting side, the document side wasn't quite ready for us to use. I wish we had been able to use all features of this system from the beginning. I like that our agents can use it, I like that there is a built in e-sign, I like that there is integration with quickbooks (although this integration is extremely limited, and has taken over a year to get it going how we need it). I appreciate that BM is willing to work with us individually to tailor it to our needs, but the length of time for even small upgrades to happen is excruciatingly slow. Customer service, while they are always cheerful and willing, do not often understand the problem and do not seem to be experts in the questions or problems they are presented. Pros I like the general ease of basic use (Brokermint 101) and the basic functionality. Pros I liked the people I worked with, but they never could get the system completely functional. Cons 1\. Functionality of the system was never real clear and had many issues. 2. E signature platform is not now or never was a true e signature platform. If you call a one sided platform, complete, then you have never used their competition. 3. Contact to hold you hostage when they cannot deliver a fully functional program is completely ridiculous. 4. No app, so using it on your phone was like having a root canal with a rusty drill and no pain killer. 5. Overall a complete waste of time and money. Reason for choosing BoldTrail Back Office I thought when talking to them that they had what we needed, but found out after the fact that truly they didn't, but had good salesmen. Cons I don't like how you can open a "pop-up" window to add information but if you click anywhere off of it, the window will close-losing all the typed info, it should only close with a cancel or enter button. I would also like to add checklists for hiring new agents in a separate library? or some place to track all of their paperwork. I have been looking into other programs for this. Cons Inability for side by side transaction checklist view, there are times when the software is slow to load. If you have trouble, they have training you can watch and videos. Cons The only cons I would say aren't really cons because it's because of the access I'm limited to from my administrator. Great customer service. Anytime there is something that we can't figure out or that we would love to see changed, we have great and quick response where the problem is easily explained or they put in an order to have it changed for us. Cons Because it's more of a complex system capable or more complex actions, it has taken us a little longer to set up and work out the kinks than originally planned. Pros I like that it is easy to navigate the software, work through transactions and helps keep me organized and on task! It also gives me a visual of where my money is coming from and how close I am to my goals. Cons There really isn't anything I don't care for with Brokermint.
