I have taken the intro training and have practiced with it but am a LONG way from feeling comfortable.

Pros

The vastness of it. The fact that it has so much to offer agents. It is a very interesting program.

Cons

I need more on-line hands on. While trainers know what they are doing obviously, not everyone learns the same way.

It has been very user friendly and easy to learn. I trained myself on the system and train everyone in our office.

Pros

The mobile app makes life on the go for a REALTOR so much easier! The system is awesome when it comes to the electronic signatures and being able to see if they have viewed but not signed or partially signed.

Cons

I wish that the unsorted docs and the checklist were not is separate places and was easy to switch back and forth to view docs side by side

Mediocre. Worked well for file storage, but there are other platforms out there that do the same thing for less money

Pros

Okay, not super well organized. You need to be able to set up your own customized reporting features since the standard ones don't work that well.

Cons

Their customer service is a joke and their reps are not friendly or easy to work with. Minimum 30 days notice to cancel and you have to play phone tag with them to do so, you can't just email them.

Daily notices about pending documents is annoying--especially if the item is not applicable to the transaction. Office-wide, we are getting too many fraud sellers, which wastes our time and which is exposing us to legal and financial risk. Training is time-intensive. Overall, the program, even though it has benefits, distracts us from our most important activity--selling. Training is time-intensive.

Pros

It helps us ensure compliance and gives a standard way of handling paperwork, increasing the accountability for agents.

Cons

Too complex for most of our agents. We have to have a part-time employee enter transactons. Also, when a lead comes in, we don't know if it is from MaxTech of BoldTrail and whether a referral is due. And since the lead is from a DoNotReply address, how do we give feedback when there is a problem?

In general Bold trail is very good but could use more improvements and Training videos with step by step instructions

Support is excellent and the real estate transactions are very good The value is great for what is there -once you get the hang of it

Cons

I would like to see more options in the drop down menus- ( took awhile to understand there were more) and if you could have the capability of changing the order of the forms

I have not liked this software since the day my office was forced into using it. I only use it because my firm requires it. I pay for my own Dicusign and Zipforms subscription to manage my transactions and once my transaction is complete I download all the documents and upload them into this software so the firm has a copy for their records. I will not use this mess as my only option. Terrible design and the electronic signature portion sucks. The inability to upload multiple documents at once is also a very bad feature.

Pros

There isn't anything that I like about this software, it is not user friendly, is very cumbersome and a royal pain in the ass to use.

Cons

This software sucks, I only use it because my firm requires agents use it. ZipForms and DocuSign are 100 times better and more user friendly.

Overall, my experience with BoldTrail Back Office has been really good! It streamlined my transaction management more than I expected and cut down on back-and-forth emails with my TC. The prefilled forms and automatic commission calculations are game-changers. Yes, the “start over” issue when correcting mistakes is a pain, but the time I save on a daily basis far outweighs that drawback. I’d recommend it to any agent who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time closing deals.

Pros

I absolutely love how easy BoldTrail Back Office is to use and how everything is prefilled for me. As a real estate agent, I don’t have time to dig through complicated software. The moment I log in, my transactions are organized, commission splits are auto-calculated, and required fields are already populated based on my brokerage settings. It saves me hours every week and reduces errors. The interface is clean, intuitive, and actually feels designed for agents, not just accountants

Cons

The biggest frustration is that if you make a mistake and need to correct something, you often have to start the entire transaction over from scratch. There’s no simple “undo” or edit-in-place feature for certain fields once they’re locked in. It’s especially annoying when a small typo forces you to re-enter dozens of fields. I wish they’d add a more flexible editing mode or at least a warning before locking data.

Es muy buen sistema para nuestro labor como asesores inmobiliarios. En general ns ayuda como sistema integral de gestion.

1\. No poder tenerlo en español. Muchos agentes latinos sufrimos por el idioma. 2. No Poder cargar numeros de contactos de otros países como Colombia y otros LATAM para poder enviar mensajes de texto y otros mensajes. 3. No Poder enviar mensajes por Whatsapp

The customer support has been the best part of Boldtrail/Brokermint. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing and we really appreciate him.

Pros

The overall functionality is great. The signature certification has been a life savor and we primarily use it for truncation management.

Cons

Very expensive system compared to others and a significant Lack of training. I have no idea how to manage agents using this system.
