Pros Sketch has top of the line functionality and an easy to use interface once you get up to speed on the ins and outs. There is a large community of sketch so plenty of plugins are available to download. Also, it has a wide range of scope like web design, mobile design, UI design. Furthermore, this app is also useful for developing a prototype of an application. Cons This app is only support for Mac. Despite having a learning curve for using the most advanced features, I did not experience any difficulties in the general use of the tool. Sketch allows you to create, duplicate and drag screens or elements freely, which makes the job much easier. Meets my needs very well. Pros I loved using Sketch in my work. It is very simple and practical to use and super intuitive. For those who are used to other applications in the same segment, it will certainly have even better usability. The learning curve using the tool is quite natural, some more advanced features require a little more use to become easier to use. Others require a little more use until they become natural. Cons It has more limited functionality when compared to some other tools on the market, which can prevent you from creating extravagant solutions, but the tool does well in creating simpler solutions, that is, it does well what it was proposed to do. I've started out with very basic shapes and making simple wireframes, but quickly picked up on plugins and premade components, which make making simple but high quality mocks quick and easy. Cons Biggest complaint is that Sketch is available on Mac only so you are out of luck if you use other operating systems. I like that it has infinite (and you can have multiple) canvases, where you can create boards that you can easily group and move around. It saves a lot of time with its preset capabilities that can change an entire set of elements by just toggling an attribute. Cons Its photo editing options. without the use of any plugins, are quite limiting. It is still possible to create a decent filter through layers. It has just about everything I need and a wealth of plugins and toolkits available online. Pros The best thing about Sketch is how easy it is to get started. Having moved from Adobe XD, it was very simple to get up and running quickly. Cons Sketch is lacking some of the prototyping functions that I relied on in a tool like XD.
