"Sold LIFETIME plan then "discontinued" the plan"

**Overall:** Awful, avoid at all cost. Do NOT buy any plan from this company. Can't be trusted.

**Pros:** Bought a "LIFETIME" plan from them in 2016, this was subsequently discontinued. How can a lifetime membership be revoked? Absolutely disgusting. Obviously no refund given either. AVOID AT ALL COST!

**Cons:** The scam tactics used by the company, selling lifetime plans that are not lifetime?
