The tools saves me plenty of time having the functions i need building a backlinking campaign all in one roof. Pros \- tagging and segmenting - easy to setup a campaign - list building Cons \- slow inbox - email providers disconnect frequently - Lack of outreach features (A/B testing) - Lack of integrations with other tools. April 15, 2019 1.0 Totally fraudulent behavior, highly recommend to stay away! Pros Nothing really; they weren't able to get our integration working after multiple run arounds with support and presales. Cons Tried getting it set up during trial period, got run around in circle between their tech support and presales team. Requested cancellation via their website dashboard before trial was over' they didn't cancel, billed us anyways. Two weeks later they still haven't cancelled us and show us as still subscribed. Moreover, I was concerned whether I'll find the right people (influencers) or not. Tarek and Basilis from support were extremely helpful at every point and made me have confidence in the product! Pros The all-in-one attribute. From contact mining to filtering to reach out campaigning to drip (follow up) automation. It's a full stack solution. Cons Not anything specific I found in my use case. You do everything from finding leads to connecting with people and opportunities all through Ninja Outreach. It's been able to do everything I want and need it to do so far. So, I can't wait to see where NinjaOutreach goes. Right now, there's nothing as powerful and versatile as it at an affordable price. Cons Their customer service and transparency are sketchy. They don't give you straight answers most of the time and many times it seems like they just want your money. From my experience, their attitude is very much "you get what you get". They have a no refund policy, which goes hand in hand with their policy of scamming trial users. Just google "ninjaoutreach alternatives" and you'll find plenty of more reputable, trustworthy options. Pros If you like getting ripped off, then you'll love these guys Cons I entered card details, got no warning emails about my trial ending, got billed for an annual plan and refused a refund.
