Payment processing is extremely fast & secure. We loved the way their CRM was conducted on every small issue, they are very friendly & helpful. The team is world class and they know marketplaces. Pros The Marketplacer team has thought of everything. Its very obvious each piece of the tech was built from real business need in running and scaling an online marketplace. The team is incredibly insightful and supportive and goes above and beyond being just a software provider. Cons There have been one or two instances where the terminology is more Australian based than American. There is a very straight forward process for raising issues and they tend to get resolved in a fairly short timeframe. Pros THe Marketplacer software was fully comprehensive from when we started this business back in 2015. Since then it has just kept improving with the monthly updates they keep rolling out; The new webstore functionality is a real winner as it allow us to earn income from our Retail Members. Cons None really - to date there has never been an issue that wasn't resolved successfully for all parties.
