It is absolutely a beauty when comes to its utility. It has helped us to bring effectiveness & efficiency to our business. Pros We have started developing our E-commerce platform from scratch with the help marketplacer back in 2020. It is such a platform that will assist anyone to build their own business from scratch to engage audiences. It is rich with features & customization which helps to manage our E-commerce platform. Payment processing is extremely fast & secure. We loved the way their CRM was conducted on every small issue, they are very friendly & helpful. Cons This software comes with a strong backend functionality as a result it is hard to find cons of this software. I can suggest enhancing the cross-platform experience for the users. There is a very straight forward process for raising issues and they tend to get resolved in a fairly short timeframe. Pros THe Marketplacer software was fully comprehensive from when we started this business back in 2015. Since then it has just kept improving with the monthly updates they keep rolling out; The new webstore functionality is a real winner as it allow us to earn income from our Retail Members. The team is world class and they know marketplaces. Pros The Marketplacer team has thought of everything. Its very obvious each piece of the tech was built from real business need in running and scaling an online marketplace. The team is incredibly insightful and supportive and goes above and beyond being just a software provider. Cons There have been one or two instances where the terminology is more Australian based than American. They readily answer any questions I have and are happy share their experience and best practices. They are easy to work with and flexible with my unique business needs. Cons As with getting any new website off the ground, there is quite a bit of setting up to do on the back end side of things. Cons Can not set up a default distance on the search bar. is only set to 10 miles and would like to default to a higher distance.
