Pros Easy to setup and use and integrate into my website. Cons Ucalc worked great for me for a while. Now it is loading very slowly (20-30 second) and is causing me to lose traffic and sales. The degradation happened suddenly in September. I've sent Ucalc page speed info showing Ucalc is not loading well and am not getting a response. I need Ucalc to figure out what happened and fix it or the calculator is worthless to me. They are not responding to my inquiries and I am going to look for another calculator. Not recommend for those seeking a user friendly solution. When requesting a refund, customer service just referenced the legal agreement and said no dice. Pros Relatively inexpensive compared to other options Cons You are literally on your own when programming a calculation. It is not an intuitive process and you simply receive error messages with no real time prompts or instructions to guide you through the process. The program is not user friendly at all.
