Bisher habe ich leider noch keine Vorteile entdeckt.

Cons

Seit der Umstellung des Systems habe ich eher den Eindruck, dass mir Möglichkeiten genommen wurden. Es ist widersprüchlich und nicht logisch aufgebaut. Der Support versteht meistens auch nicht welches Problem ich habe.

Schnelle Preisanpassungen durch Channelmanager, schnelle Änderungen auf Webseite möglich, dadurch gibt man gerade in CoronaZeiten dem Gast das Gefühl, dass das Hotel noch existiert!

Pros

Design Webseite - einfache Bedienbarkeit des Backends - Schnittstellen zu allen wichtigen anderen Hotelpartnern (PMS HS3, Custommer Alliance)

Cons

Einstieg in Channelmanager ist schwierig, wenn man länger keine Änderungen vorgenommen hat. .Bsp: wenn man Raten ändern möchte oder Restriktionen setzen will, ist die Nutzung nicht direkt intuitiv, man sucht zu lange. Ein Extra Button bzw Hinweis für die Aufgabe "Tagesrate ändern" "Restriktionen ändern" im main menü wäre hilfreich für vergessliche User wie mich.

Ich tue mir mit dem neuen System wesentlich leichter, als mit der alten Variante.

Pros

Ich habe mir bis auf ein paar Details leicht getan und konnte recht schnell alleine arbeiten. Die Anwendung ist sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Cons

Ich habe bislang nichts zu bemängeln. Ich kann zeitnah und verhältnismäßig unkompliziert Änderungen/Ergänzungen vornehmen.

Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit des Systems sticht herraus. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel können nahezu ohne Schulung oder Einarbeitung an das System gelassen werden, weil es so einfach und intuitiv ist.

Cons

Bis jetzt gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Kunden und wollen das auch bleiben. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis.

Pros

Die Software ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und insbesondere die Buchungsmaschine ist sehr leistungsstark. Sehr reaktionsschneller und lösungsorientierter Support.

Cons

Gegenüber der Vorgängersoftware fehlen einige Module z.B. Links, Downloads, Textbausteine... Die Ladegeschwindigkeit der Webseitenmodule müsste verbessert werden.
