Pros

I love that I can administer and re-administer surveys to measure client progress and outcomes. Nothing else like this that I can find.

Cons

Wish the app itself was a little "prettier" to look at/more modern and clean. Product is great though.

Tracking client moods

Pros

I like the idea of being able to track how my clients are doing, and that this is not very expensive.

Cons

I wish there was a bit more flexibility in how it's set up. There's many more things I'd like to do with it.
