Pros: So intuitive. I especially love the feature that allows you to plug specific times into your email so that a prospect can literally just click on a time and THAT'S IT! Amazing.

Cons: Sometimes the automatic "reminder" emails don't send. Once in a while a different reps calendar will auto-populate when you click on the Chili Piper link, but this is so far and few between. It's not even an issue, especially if you're paying attention to what you're doing.

Overall: Facilitate scheduling calls with prospects.

Pros: I like how simple it is for potential clients to schedule a demo. It only takes a couple clicks of the mouse for a demo to be scheduled and that's pretty cool.

Cons: There's a lot to dislike to be honest. You need someone to implement it correctly or it's a complete mess. What I like most about Chili Piper is also one of the things that I like least, the fact that people can schedule a demo so easily without filling out any forms or answering any questions is not a good thing. I have noticed the biggest decline in my demos actually showing up, because it's so simple to schedule, nobody is showing up. In my opinion, the more someone has to put in, the higher likelihood of them actually showing up.

Pros: Not a ton. Almost every positive aspect is done better by their competitors. Our leadership likes it because of the features to quickly get ahold of salespeople through the site but it mostly just yields low quality meetings because of the low barrier to get signed up with a salesperson.

Cons: Every function of their software that is positive can be done better by competitors, their "competitive advantage" that makes it easier to get in contact with a salesperson has done nothing but waste our time with lower quality prospects.

Overall: Not a fan whatsoever. I want our old systems back.

Pros: We had a very specific use case; we needed to allow traffic from our website book a call with one of our sales reps without making the visitor leave the website. We did extensive testing with other platforms, Chili Piper was the only one that could do it.

Cons: Implementation has not been the easiest. They almost have too many bells and whistles. Minor complaints, all in all, our team is happy.

Great alternative for scheduling meetings.

Pros: Chili Piper is a great alternative to other scheduling softwares. The big win is it allows us to display a calendar on our website right after a prospect fills out their info.

Cons: It is overall a great product. However, I do feel like there are a few bugs. Sometimes it is slow to notify me of a meeting and doesnt remember me.

Overall: Great tool for scheduling demoes

Pros: Round robin functionality with a built in form router and scheduling tool. Has everything we need for distributing inbound leads all in one package.

Cons: Lots of bugs. Configuration isn't very straightforward. Online support docs are difficult to navigate and not super intuitive. Support can leave a lot to be desired at times.

Pros: ChiliPiper makes it really seamless to schedule a meeting with our sales reps and getting meetings on the calendar using their automation

Cons: We had some initial problems in the setup stage where meetings were being scheduled outside of the defined hours.
