Cons At times the platform can feel a bit finicky, although this may be influenced by how it is configured by the organization. There is limited control at the employee level when it comes to setting up new calendar types or adjusting workflows. In addition, the number of automated reminders can feel excessive, which may lead some prospects to opt out more easily. Having more flexibility and control on the user side would be beneficial.
