I appreciate how easy the tool is to learn and how simple it is to set up. Cons I do not have a ton of negative experiences to say when using Chili Piper, this could potentially be because I use it for a very simple booking application, but in general I do not have a ton of negatives to say. They provide many tools that are helpful for any business albeit startups, small businesses, or large corporations. The cost is very affordable and comprehensive for the tools they provide. Pros Chili Piper is easy to integrate with any website and easy for non technical users to use. Additionally, there are many different products like the AI chatbot, ChiliCal, and Concierge. These tools are great for letting end users ask questions, route these questions to the appropriate agent, and build and route schedules. Cons There are many tools available and a lot of jargon is used to try to explain it to first time customers and end users who have no previous experience. They don't provide demos to explain what kind of services they provide or their UI at a high level.
