Chili Piper is a powerful scheduling and lead-routing tool that seriously improves response time for sales teams. Once it’s up and running, it automates a ton of manual tasks and helps you capture more meetings from inbound leads.

Pros

Seamless integration with Salesforce, and Google Calendar. Cuts out manual back-and-forth emails—huge time-saver. Makes booking meetings with the correct pre-set email language fast and efficient.

Cons

I wish it automatically detected time zones for meetings from salesforce or area codes.

One of the first tools we bought building out eqtble's sales team. We didn't have time to chase prospects down, so now scheduling is completely automated and our conversion has increased because of the easy user experience.

Pros

\-It's built for revenue teams and features speak to that - inbound, outbound, routing are much more advanced than basic scheduling tools -Booking experience is superior (requires less clicks and information for the customer booking) -CS team goes above and beyond -Automates our whole scheduling process so our team spends 0 administrative time scheduling meetings

Cons

\-Setup can be a bit confusing, mostly due to the amount of customization that is possible -More expensive than basic scheduling links

Reason for choosing Chili Piper

Calendly was much cheaper, but had a less desirable booking experience and required significantly more manual work. They also could not integrate into our inbound lead form, so couldn't do anything from an inbound perspective. It only solved scheduling for one channel where CP solved multichannel.

It was easy to use and sets up specific calendar bookings for customers. It seemed to do the job and made sure that the time was synced properly for the account manager and the client

Pros

It is easy to schedule a meeting with clients and add both parties with a reminder of the meeting with contact information included

Cons

It was not integrated with another software and seemed clunky. I prefer Google Calendars instead which have video capabilities.

Pros

Our Salesforce admin really likes their functionaltiy for sales opperations.

Cons

It isn't as easy to use for customizing the experience for the scheduler. reminder emails, group meetings, etc.

Pros

Chili Piper makes it very easy to send calendar links to prospects and allows them to book time with me seamlessly. Having a centralized place to manage scheduling is extremely helpful, especially when working with a high volume of meetings. The automated reminders are also useful for reducing no shows and helping both sides stay on track.

Cons

At times the platform can feel a bit finicky, although this may be influenced by how it is configured by the organization. There is limited control at the employee level when it comes to setting up new calendar types or adjusting workflows. In addition, the number of automated reminders can feel excessive, which may lead some prospects to opt out more easily. Having more flexibility and control on the user side would be beneficial.

### "The best tool for creating sales meeting invite and handoff"

Chilipiper is very useful in scheduling sales a meeting and sending client handoffs to another department. Their chrome extension is quite handy for a quick customer invite. All I need to do is asks for the customer's email and paste it on the extension and the system automatically send a quick invite so I don't have to look further at the customer's account.

Pros

It is integrated with salesforce, google chrome as extension, and slack which is very convenient for keeping track of my client meeting. It also sent me and the client an email reminder so they won't forget our meeting schedule which is crucial as the customers are always busy.

Cons

Just the occasional bugs here and there where sometimes, the zoom meeting link is missing on my invite for no reason at all but they are quick to fix and provide a resolution

The other department still uses calendly but I moved to the department that requires sales and leads and the best tool if your department needs to utilize warm leads, the better choice is chili piper.

\- Integration with Hubspot and Clearbit -> This allow us to book demos with only the email of the person because using clearbit live enrichment we know the rest of their firmographic info needed for the meeting;- Create rules inside the concierge to build different routers -> This enables us to route people to different AE's according to different rules (F.e, if they are from 50-250 employees, route to the Senior AE)

Cons

\- It can be a little pricy when you have a huge team

Really helpful once you get the hang of it and makes booking meetings and routing leads way smoother. Saves time with clients by eliminating the back and forths when it comes to booking meeting times.

Pros

Makes scheduling and lead management feel a lot less cumbersome. Sends leads to the right person based on who’s free or which region they’re in

Cons

Can look a little complex at first with setting up rules, settings, aligning your work hours and calendars, but once those steps are figured out and in place things are smooth going forward.

I did not have any negative experiences and Chili Piper functioned as expected. There was a slight learning curve in setting up the different types of meetings and preferences, but once all set up, it runs on its own.

Chili Piper is easy to use and a convenient tool for setting up meetings with people inside and outside your organization.

Pros

Chili Piper opens the ability to set meetings with individuals whose online calendars where you cannot see availability. This is a huge advantage compared to sending several emails about booking a meeting.

Cons

Sometimes Chili Piper does not give you all the available time for an individual, and does not allow you to select a longer meeting time than what is available.

Working with Chili Piper has been a great experience. Our processes are very unique and their team has been great at helping us configure their app to do what we need. We still have some issues that we are trying to resolve, but to be fair we haven't had the time to work with their support on a solution. Overall Chili Piper is a great product with a growing list of features. If you have time to work with their awesome support team you can get a really great scheduling process in place. We love our and know it will only get better once we can dedicate the time to properly setup all of the extra features.

Pros

Chili Piper has been a great solution for booking meetings directly from our website. Their Round Robin feature is great, especially the Assign to Owner feature for existing Accounts/Prospects. The one-click scheduling links have been a huge improvement over our previous solutions as well. Previously a prospect would have to click on a link, fill in all of their information, then pick a time to meet. Chili Piper's one-click scheduling removes the form fill from the process; which has reduced duplicates and increased scheduling conversions. The chrome extension is awesome too. We are able to insert meeting availability directly from gmail and even schedule a meeting right from a lead or contact page in Salesforce.

Cons

Scheduling a meeting between a prospect and multiple reps is a challenge. Currently when a prospect books a meeting Chili Piper only confirms the availability of one rep. This has caused some AEs to be double booked. Admins do not have the ability to view individual user's meeting types, reminder templates, etc. Meeting reminders are sent from reminder@chilipiper.com, not from the AE assigned to the meeting.

I'm responsible for scheduling of services for a large, remote team while also documenting the meetings and events in Salesforce. With Chili Piper, the process is easier and less time-consuming because it integrates wtih Salesforce and Zoom. The support from the Chili Piper team has been fantastic! They help determine best practices and are open to improving Chili Piper to meet customer needs.

Pros

Chili Piper has greatly reduced the time it takes to schedule services for customers, allowing us more time assisting them with their needs. The program is easy-to-use and integrates with many programs we already use today, including Zoom and Salesforce. We've reduced the level of effort to schedule 1 session from 12 steps and 4 programs to 2-3 steps and 1 program. The ability to use the tool as a booker for my team has improved work efficiencies and reduced workload.

Cons

The user interface could be improved a bit. Having the ability to manually select start and end times vs. drag and drop would be helpful. Having access to the assignee's profiles from the scheduling tool would be great so that you can easily identify home locations for ensuring cost effective travel. Also, being able to test the program in a sandbox environment would be ideal. It is difficult to test in the production site.

Pros

Chili Piper removes a lot of friction when people are booking a demo because of the integration they have with clearbit and hubspot, which allows us to book demos by asking for less information on the website form (since clearbit does the enrichment). This has been great for our form conversion rate.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, sometimes the calendar does take longer to load on the page, but that's rare.

Pros

I like that it integrates seamlessly with salesforce and gmail. It allows our SDR to easily schedule things for our account execs. Also love how easily we can insert time suggestions in emails. The customer service and nimbleness of their company is top notch - they've worked really hard to make sure product works for us.

Cons

Sometimes the javascript can make our landing pages a little slow, it doesn't work with popup forms (that we've been able to figure out), and I can't use the router for opp and account objects in SF.

Overall, it's been a very helpful tool for me. I know there are many powerful features that the rest of my organization leverage, but I stick to the basics.

Pros

From an individual user, it's easy to use. I just send the type of meeting link I want my recipient to book and I get a notification when they book it. I don't have to go through the back and forth of finding a time that works for them.

Cons

It was a tiny bit confusing to find certain features, but I found them eventually. I may not have figured it out, but I would love to take two Chilipiper users and send a merged link that will only offer times that are mutually available to both of us. This would come up if I was having a new team member shadow a call, and I wanted to offer only times that were available to myself and the team member shadowing me. This may very well be a feature that exists, and I just didn't figure it out.

Pros

Ease of use. It allows us to have customers quickly find time in calendars and book meetings.

Cons

I wish Chili Piper can have deeper roots into Salesforce, meaning build custom formulas and look at more than one object.

Couldn't reccomend it enough. There's a reason Chili Piper is taking over the market.

Pros

This is the only tool on the market that consistently meets our lead routing needs. It's incredibly easy to turn reps on or off, adjust volume, and automate your lead distribution. Their customer support has been unbelievable, always finding time to help us out at any time of day.

Cons

The reporting can use improving, but their Salesforce integration makes it easy to build reports in Salesforce.

Pros

Chili Piper looks at our sales reps availabilities and then matches an inbound request to the next batter up based on who is next and meeting availability - takes the back and forth of meeting planning out of the conversation.

Cons

I wish they had better or more dynamic integrations, specifically with Drift and also writing to a record in Marketo or Salesforce.

It's so easy for potential customers to pick a time on my calendar or reschedule a meeting. Going back and forth to find time to chat is an utter waste of time.

Pros

I love Chili Piper's integrations with Zoom, Salesforce, and Google calendar. It reduces data entry, human error when scheduling meetings, and enhances the experience for potential customers.

Cons

There are times when an SDR routes a meeting to me and my Zoom information isn't added to my Google calendar. Our sales ops have looked into this several times and "fixed" the problem but every now and then it breaks.

1\. Streamlined automated and fair sales distribution process 2. Tons of time collectively saved on booking meetings. My personal favorite feature is inserting available times in the email. 3. Customer-centric approach to demo booking with time selection.

Pros

1\. For end-users, like sales or cs teams, you go through the set up once (templates, buffers, reminders) and enjoy saving time every time you book a meeting. 2. Well thought through round-robin flow for SaaS sales teams. 3. Integrations that fit into most tech stacks. 4. Support and customer experience teams are amazing, very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Cons

We occasionally have lead reassignment problems, which relate mainly to our tech stack setup.
