It works great for that function. Pros The ease of use and integration with our systems. Have never had any reliability issues to speak of, which is great since it handles a very important function for us. Cons Honestly, its overall pretty good so I don't really dislike anything. Additionally, their CSM support team always responds quickly and is able to answer all the questions that I have. They've gone above and beyond quite a few times, hopping on video calls and screen sharing until the problems we have our figured out. Cons Nothing I can think of! ChiliPiper helped us customize it's functionality to fit our specific business need, and the customer support was very helpful and professional. Cons I wouldn't say there's anything I didn't like about it. It's a relatively new company and platform, so they are steadily building upon it's functionality, which at times can cause issues. Pros Super easy to use and setup, requires almost no training or setup time. Visually appealing interface for prospects. Cons The UI on the back end is a bit dated and the management of different elements is a bit unclear - there is no save button for instance - when making changes, they just happen without confirmation. We actually were never able to login and the console log was full of bugs and 404s. After requesting our money back, both our 2 contacts simply ignored that request. And they're constantly improving on the product, which is a plus. Pretty solid product for the goal of connecting leads to sales members faster. We used to view them as a substitute Calendly, but now that view is changing as they build more products on the lead capture forms. Pros It added a unique take to the traditional CTA forms on our website. We were able to get prospects in touch with a Sales member quicker and they seemed to be focused on connecting sales reps with prospects faster. Speed to lead is critical, as we all know. The back-end isn't too hard to figure out either. Cons The lead flow and automation can sometimes cause issues, and you have to create workarounds. Review Source JB Jessica B. Appalling user experience. All it did was facilitate the delivery of an email address where I, the customer, could manually contact the provider to inform him of my correct phone number. Cons I could not cancel the appointment I made through CP. I was forced to schedule another one. When I did, the contact information I had updated (contact phone number for the appointment) was NOT UPDATED. NO WAY FOR ME TO BE CONTACTED BY PERSON I WAS HAVING APPOINTMENT WITH.
