Appalling user experience. All it did was facilitate the delivery of an email address where I, the customer, could manually contact the provider to inform him of my correct phone number. Cons I could not cancel the appointment I made through CP. I was forced to schedule another one. When I did, the contact information I had updated (contact phone number for the appointment) was NOT UPDATED. NO WAY FOR ME TO BE CONTACTED BY PERSON I WAS HAVING APPOINTMENT WITH. I have used it in past jobs and have always really liked it. Pros The ease of customers being able to schedule meetings with my team and I. CEO Computer Software Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Most Intuitive Booking Application" January 1, 2021 5.0 From the minute I signed up for a free trial, I was contacted by the founder to discuss my requirements, and how to best use the application. A very nice touch. Pros It was great to put a few suggested time directly into your email rather than requiring someone to have to search your calendar was the killer feature. Developer Internet Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Unique, Troublesome" December 20, 2018 3.0 Difficult/impossible to sign in without using SalesForce. As someone that is brought in by customers to assist with troubleshooting and problem solving implementations such as this the overall experience has been horrible. The need for support assistance to simply sign in was obnoxious. If you use a CRM other than SalesForce expect headaches and frustration. Unfortunately, as far as I've seen, they're the only one's able to achieve scheduling in this manner. Pros It is the only software I've seen that can accomplish this integration. Cons Dependency on SalesForce. Support assistance needed for simple matters. The cross team functionality is outstanding and it helped facilitate a signifcantly smoother relationship between our BDRs and AEs Cons The integration was a bit tricky and it took a bit of time for everyone to get a full grasp on how to best use the tech.
