Pros: I currently use call.center and phone.systems for my small, distributed office phone system. The cross OS and device software works GREAT and is a COMPLETE pax solution... at least for me. I'm honestly excited to see how this software evolves over the next few months and years.
Cons: Documentation is a little light, but support is UNMATCHED... seriously. DIDww (parent company) bent over backwards to help me get set up properly and helped me get my VOIP phones working the right way.
Overall: Seriously can't say how awesome this software and company is.
