Pros: It is very easy to transfer calls, place calls in everyone's voicemail with a push of a button. I can also change my out of office to say where I am if wanted.

Cons: Three way calling gets confusing with the number of buttons that has to be pressed. I end up hanging up on people accidentally instead of bringing new people on the phone.

Overall: It never goes out, it always works and customer service is very helpful..

Pros: Allworx is incredibly useful and integrative. It has many different features and functions that make communication within a business environment simple and effective. My favorite feature in Allworx is the desktop app, which allows you to see on your computer screen your incoming/outgoing calls, plus the availability of other people in your network. You are also able to track the calls of your employees.

Overall: Efficient, integrative, lots of features

Pros: I like the verge has multiple phones that you can choose from and the customization available on the phone systems. Also able to setup system to work on internal network or external from your organization.

Cons: Reporting still needs some work. Would like to be able to customize reports to get more detailed data from call reports. Phone system audio is a bit touchy sometimes it hears button presses as 11 and not 1 causes errors.

Overall: cheap and effective phone solution for our call center

Pros: Easy-to-use system, it's easy to get new employees used to the software.

Cons: Three-way calling is confusing as anything and it could be easier to do.
