The support team is really top-notch, which makes a huge difference when implementing the software. It really is a great value for money, and we trust the software in terms of security features as well. We are so happy with CodeTwo and will be using it for years to come. Pros I love how simple it is to roll out the software. CodeTwo has a ton of useful assets/ customer support materials that I was able to send to my IT team to help prepare our Outlook account to integrate with the CodeTwo software. After integrating the software, it is very easy to set up the signature email management side. They provide many designs to use as templates, which helps. I also love the ability to test my email signature designs to ensure they have been set up correctly. Once email signatures are designed, it is very easy to add and remove new users and to create different buckets of user groups. Cons I would like the option to "undo" when in design mode. Pros Relatively simple set up, a few nuances that Code Two support was able to help us with. Very effective product overall, does exactly what it says it will do. Cons Set up of out of office signatures and some of the finer details we were trying to have in the signature were hard to do. This often doesn't work properly. The signatures often go down and you have open the software and reconnect to allow it to work again. This means you either have to remote into the machine that the software is loaded on or drive to the work. I have also found that the delivery of the mails is often very slow through their servers and can sometimes have to wait for 15 to 30 mins for the mails to go through. Their support says that this is impossible. Pros Has a couple of features that Exclaimer Cloud Signatures don't have. Cons The support teams are aggressive and even though I have vast experience with Office 365 and Exchange, when asking for help, their support are not helpful and make it seem like it my fault rather than their fault. I have moved up the support levels and the experience did not improve. They also don't treat their resellers well. Our Outlook on Mac and Windows is just playing nicely with the service, just as they said it would be. Pros It was easy and quick to set up. We had a lot of trouble before choosing CodeTwo, and now the process is really fast. Even when changing signatures, adding or deleting users, everything is transparent and the support is always helpful! Cons We had an issue where our groups in Azure Directory were not optimally set up for the features. But when we encountered them, the support was helpful and we could add everything in no time.
