Once it was set up, it has been super useful and requires little to no management. And most importantly, it helps our brand shine! Pros I love how easy this solution is to connect to M365 and Outlook. I love how fast it was to implement and how easy it is to manage. I also loved how quickly we could create beautiful signatures and deploy them across the entire organization. Cons The templates were a little trick to figure out at first. Spacing felt awkard, the HTML is a bit awkward. Creating new templates doesn't feel as "drag and drop" as I'd like. CodTwo is my go to recommendation for all of my customers. From the ease of setup and how well it works and the great pricing.. there is no competition in my opinion. Pros It was easy to setup and it works very well. I had no issues getting it to work properly on the Microsoft 365 tenant. Email and outlook integration work well. The sent items preview is also a plus. I haven't needed to contact support yet but I'm sure that is spot on too. Dealing with customers that have iphones and windows pc's CodeTwo makes signatures across the devices a breeze, especially when customers decide to change logo's often or add banners for sales teams. Cons Nothing really, the only thing that could be made a little easier is the custom design area of the web portal. The tables and setting things up aren't too bad but seem kind of tedious to get it just right. Also adding elements to custom signatures could be better like "|" pipe symbols to separate sides of signatures. This often doesn't work properly. The signatures often go down and you have open the software and reconnect to allow it to work again. This means you either have to remote into the machine that the software is loaded on or drive to the work. I have also found that the delivery of the mails is often very slow through their servers and can sometimes have to wait for 15 to 30 mins for the mails to go through. Their support says that this is impossible. Pros Has a couple of features that Exclaimer Cloud Signatures don't have. Cons The support teams are aggressive and even though I have vast experience with Office 365 and Exchange, when asking for help, their support are not helpful and make it seem like it my fault rather than their fault. I have moved up the support levels and the experience did not improve. They also don't treat their resellers well. Managing email signatures centrally is therefore really important for us, especially in larger environments. At the same time, we need a solution that doesn’t slow down or interfere with mail flow. Pros We use it to manage email signatures for several of our partner companies, across different devices and locations. It’s easy to deploy and configure, and the editor gives us plenty of flexibility without being complicated to use. For us, one of the biggest benefits is simply the amount of time it saves. The pricing is also very reasonable for what the product offers. Integration with Microsoft 365 works really well, which is important since all of our partners use the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We’ve had a very good experience with the product overall. Support has always been quick and helpful when we’ve needed it, although to be fair, we rarely need to contact them. Director Transportation/Trucking/Railroad Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "From messy local signatures to one consistent, marketing-driven footer" August 13, 2026 5.0 We moved from uncontrolled local Outlook signatures ,everyone with a different layout and one oversized banner, to a single set of centrally managed rules in about two weeks, and the whole company has been running on it since. Setting it up took some trial and error with shared mailboxes and the HTML editor, but once the rules were published they have worked without a single incident. Signatures are now consistent, marketing controls the banners, and nobody on the team has to touch anything. Pros We replaced a collection of local Outlook signatures, each with a different layout and an oversized banner, with centrally managed rules for the whole company. Once published, they have worked reliably across the team. Signatures are now consistent, marketing can update banners from one place, and users do not have to maintain anything themselves. Cons Setup took some trial and error, and two of the three problems I ran into were mine, not the product's.Shared mailboxes: the wizard builds the CodeTwo transport rule around the group you select, and a shared mailbox left outside that group goes unsigned with no warning. My first fix, a second transport rule, was the wrong approach. The supported way is a single distribution group containing every mailbox that needs a signature, shared mailboxes included, with the CodeTwo rule pointing at it. One rule is enough. CodeTwo confirmed they never rewrite that rule on their side; it only changes if you reconfigure the connectors yourself. A warning line at that step of the wizard would have saved me an afternoon. Deploying the Outlook add-in from a Mac: I got this wrong in my original review. The add-in deploys fine from a Mac through Integrated Apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center, which is the only supported method on any platform, and it then appears in Outlook for Mac, Windows, the browser and mobile. What does not work is Microsoft's PowerShell route, which CodeTwo does not support in the first place. The HTML editor: this one stands. If you paste externally built HTML, the curly brackets of CodeTwo's own placeholders can end up URL-encoded (%7B and %7D) inside href attributes, which silently breaks mailto links. It looks correct in the editor, in the preview and in the sent copy, and it is broken only for the recipient. Use the "Insert snippet" option when importing external HTML. CodeTwo has it on their list of editor fixes. Customer service responded really quickly and executed my vision really well. Cons The user website could be a little more modern looking but its not bad by any means. The signature design feature would be amazing if it were a little more like HubSpot or Canva in the sense that you can play with any shape, size, dimensions, etc you want in easy drag-and-drop. By the end of the first day I had already set up custome email signatures for each department with their own unique image. The social media links were customized. And the templates were easy to work with. Pros Simple to implement and we have custom email signatures at the bottom of every email, forward, and reply. Very reasonibly priced.
