Multiple signatures for different recipient cases such as internals / externals. Pros The ability to decide whether to apply the Signature to internal or external users is very useful when you apply changes or want to show specific data to providers, suppliers, clients, etc. Cons I would say the only thing right now I can think of is that the interface to design the signatures can be improved to be more intuitive, it's already pretty simple, but I think it could look better. VR Verified Reviewer Technical Director Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Aggressive Support Teams" October 9, 2020 3.0 I don't like the set up of the software and the fact that you need to have an install of the software to design the signatures. This often doesn't work properly. The signatures often go down and you have open the software and reconnect to allow it to work again. This means you either have to remote into the machine that the software is loaded on or drive to the work. I have also found that the delivery of the mails is often very slow through their servers and can sometimes have to wait for 15 to 30 mins for the mails to go through. Their support says that this is impossible. Pros Has a couple of features that Exclaimer Cloud Signatures don't have. Cons The support teams are aggressive and even though I have vast experience with Office 365 and Exchange, when asking for help, their support are not helpful and make it seem like it my fault rather than their fault. I have moved up the support levels and the experience did not improve. They also don't treat their resellers well. We were able to set up signatures and begin testing within an hour. Pros The features available exceeded others that we reviewed and CodeTwo also did not require us to upgrade our Microsoft licenses. It is very easy to set up with the Microsoft tenant, syncing attributes. The documentation is very detailed and the support we received was excellent. Cons We haven’t found anything we don’t like, we do wish the option to remove old Outlook signatures would not be retired. Pros Customer and technical support is great. Installation was well documented. If help was needed the support team was ready to email asssist within maximum one day. For a small company with 10 FTE's I needed the same uniform mail signatures. Price is very competitive for a small company. Cons I have not experienced yet. Maybe the choice between embedded logo and/or the logo to be picked up online. I'm using probably just 5% of all it's possibilities but this is of no concern. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that it's truly the right tool for email centralization for those, like me, who manage a large M365 structure at the admin level. Even when changing signatures, adding or deleting users, everything is transparent and the support is always helpful! Cons The one thing I least liked was the price, however as a charity we were supported with better pricing. It took us less than an hour to get it running. The signatures look perfect on every mail client and the automation rules are powerful yet easy to configure. It’s a set-it-and-forget-it solution that just works. Pros The 'Sent Items' update feature is a brilliant touch. It’s reliable, secure, and the customer support is top-notch. So far, we have never had any problems using it. Implementation, administration and support from the manufacturer are great! Pros The best thing about the software is the simplicity of implementation, administration and versatility in terms of the clients that can be used. All this in an intuitive web interface for configuration! Cons I have not had any negative experiences so far!
