We had a company wide signature up and running within minutes. The new option that also users can modify their signature data is excellent as the system's manager has been offloaded for that. Just keep the Azure user info up to date and all is good!Also, a bug thumbs up for the support team - very prompt and helpful! Cons When I first started to use the software, it was Windows app based only - not so easy as we're using 90% Apple hardware. Quite a bummer.But the switch to the new HTML interface is perfect and took away that limitation as it now works from any browser or OS. Review Source DG David G. September 7, 2022 5.0 I used a different product at my last job, and this one is 1000% better and easier to manage. I am able to easily schedule all of my campaigns for the year and trust that they will run when needed. My previous solution was manual and I had to change the signature for several groups before and after every campaign. Pros The solution was easy to setup and is easy to manage. Adding licenses is easy as our company grows. Cons I have not run across anything yet that I have struggled with. Any struggles I have had were because I messed something up. At this point, you could be comfortable for security and technical matters. By installing the necessary DNS settings, Office 365 Tenant will be available in less than 1 hour. All necessary steps are ready for use. It's enough to download and run the signature designer and rule manager developed with ClickOnce technology. Depending on the options you want, you can activate signatures for multiple groups of companies and different corporate domain addresses, depending on the people and groups you want. The designer tool is a convenience for someone who does not know HTML too. But you are an HTML expert, the design tool gives you the chance to edit your signature with code. Product license payment options can be the same as Office 365 monthly or yearly like. Pros Most companies that believe in prestige and utility need signature attachments for corporate e-mails. CodeTwo offers a perfect solution for this need. At the same time, it facilitates the IT team to do this job and directly contributes to the resale of the Sales and Marketing departments. Cons The alignment of the logo on the signature preview is different from the actual alignment in Outlook. Especially the WYSIWYG Signature Editor sometimes doesnt display the signatures layout as it is applied into the e-Mails. - But after getting used to it, knowing that its only a cosmetical issue, i can handle it and it doesnt disturb my work. November 2, 2020 5.0 Pros The ability to use the schedule feature along with the ability to stack multiple signature blocks allows you to make some very dynamic signatures based on dates or upcoming events. Preschedule extra notes for special events or days adds that punch to your emails. Additionally the being able to add utm coding into all of the links help analysis of when people use your links. I have used a number of these services and I always fall back to CodeTwo as it’s the smoothest and simplest to use and loaded with features. The keyword feature also adds a great touch being able to auto add in a survey or feed back section to your signature based on a keyword in your email is a great way to gain feedback. Cons Single tenant admin login for billing. Having all O365 Global admin the ability to login to the CodeTwo Tenant Admin Centre would be helpful. Reason for choosing CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 The ability to add dynamic content based on a schedule makes your signature non repetitive. For example add a Remembrance Day portion to all emails from the last Friday in October to the end of day November 11. Pros The solution is very simple to activate and integrates perfectly with Office 365. The MSP price list is perfectly in line with our business needs. The signature models are very functional, they adapt well to almost all our customers. The functionality of the solution fully meets the needs of our customers. With up to 4 devices for some users, keeping things updated and consistent was a pain, even for a smaller company like ours. This has saved me countless hours of time already. The value for the money is fantastic. Pros The service is easy to use and implement, but make sure you follow the instructions carefully, I jumped the gun and made a mistake, but it was easy to fix, which is another reason I like the service so much. Cons The social media links will default to template values when you are updating an existing signature. It's an easy fix, but is an added step that could be easily forgotten. Pros We tried different suppliers until finding Code Two when our search ended as it gave us everything we were looking for. Flexibilty to design creative signatures, very easy to use, manage and role out across all departments and superb customer support when required. Highly reccommended. Cons The software is brialliant. The addition of further pre designed templates going forward would always help but it has everything needed to do a great job for our firm. It was also a breeze to setup what signature that which group would get. The Outlook plugins worked out of the box. Cons Exchange connectors didnt auto-configure so had to setup them manually. No biggie however, great documentations on that. Wasnt 100% clear what plugin to get for Outlook.
